Mystic Tan® products feature green tea extract. Research indicates that green tea has even more antioxidant properties than vitamins A, C and E, which help protect the body from “free radicals” – naturally occurring particles in the body associated with accelerated aging. In fact, the potent antioxidants found in green tea add strong weight to the belief that green tea not only promotes good health but also can help you look younger. A 2003 study found that substances in green tea may be linked to skin-cell rejuvenation.1

Sunless tanning prep
- Exfoliate with MysticReady™ Exfoliating Body Wash in Desert Bloom. Concentrate on rough areas such as elbows, knees and ankles, then rinse clean. Removing dead skin cells will give you a fresh, even surface to tan, which will increase the life and evenness of your sunless tan.
- Moisturize with HyperMoist™ Instant Moisturizing Lotion in Green tea. Applying lotion between your sunless tanning sessions will increase the life and luster of your tan.
- To accelerate your tan and get an even deeper, darker result, apply HyperTan™ Sunless Tan Accelerator. This is exceptional for last minute Mystic® Tans, allowing you to bathe in a shorter wait period.
- For best results, avoid oil-based and high alcohol products.
During your session
- Use an adequate amount of Mystic Tan® Blending Cream on your fingernails, hands, toenails, the tops of your feet, and any other areas of your skin that tend to be dry.
- Wear eyewear, lip balm and nose filters — accessories that are available at every Palm Beach Tan salon. To find the salon nearest you, enter your zipcode below.
After tanning
- For maximum results, wait 4 to 6 hours before showering or swimming.
- To eliminate the odor from your developing tan, use MysticFresh™ Post-Sunless Body Freshening Spray. Wait one hour after your sunless tanning session then spray as frequently as you like.
- Avoid using lotion directly after your sunless session, but do moisturize daily after showering, using MysticLife™ Tan Extending Lotion in Desert Bloom.
- To prevent uneven fading, avoid exfoliating until you're ready to tan again.
- Limit exposure to salt water and chlorine, which can diminish the life of your tan.
