April 24th, 2025Olivia was so helpful over the phone. I had some questions about my membership and cancellation ect. And even though she was new she did everything she could to help me. Even called the district manager and promptly called me back with the information that I needed. I’d say she was the most friendly person I’ve encountered at this location and I was very pleased with this interaction:)
