* Program applies to current Palm Beach Tan customers who maintain an active membership. Stay & Save customers are not eligible. All membership levels are processed through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) account. All reward benefits are provided with accepted EFT drafts. Benefits are awarded based on continuous membership in good standing. Cancellation of EFT membership results in loss of all Premier benefits. Membership renewal will re-start Premier benefits at one month status.

All membership notices and communications are provided via email communication.
If a member moves to Stay & Save, their level of benefits/rewards stop during the time they are on Stay & Save. For example, if your Gold Level EFT reaches 12 months of consecutive tenure and moves to Stay & Save in your 13th month, your awarded product discount of 20% will stop until you return to active EFT member status.
