October 14th, 2026I first chose PBT because it was close to my house, but I’ve stayed with them for many reasons. First and foremost the customer service. Every single staff member is kind and considerate but Austin needs a special shout out. He is a ball of sunshine. He is always happy and in a good mood (I’ll have what he’s having). He is always accommodating and remembers my likes and dislikes. It’s rare in this day and age to have an someone who seems like he truly enjoys his job. Secondly the place is spotless. From the lobby to the beds to the restroom this place is always in pristine condition. I highly recommend PBT (especially the WEHO location.)
