Such a pleasant experience at most of the PBT locations in ATL, however this location, in particular, has always been very pleasant. I've been tanning at this location for about 2.5 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. I noticed lately that this location has a new store manager (Teal is his name I believe), and I have definitely noticed a major change in leadership/management/overall professionalism within this store. Lately, since I've been in this store, my requests have been easily accommodated by the staff, in particular, the store manager (since he has actually been present for most of all of my previous visits). He is very kind, customer-service oriented, and dedicated to his job and customers. Please recognize and commend him for such exceptional customer service and dedication. It shows how important his work ethic is to him and to his customers! 5/5 for sure! :)

The girls working are extremely nice. I use a level 1 which I have for years now. This bed seems to be less powerful than it used to be.

The location staff are awesome.My issues are with billing. In February I was charge $75+ instead of $69.95. Today, March 1st I was charged $63 and $65.95. I was advised my new monthly effective 3/1/19 would be $59.95. How do I ge this credited to my account?

The girl that greets me often, Iyanah?, is very very sweet. She knows what she's talking about and knows the products well. But, she never asks what she can do for me. She'll greet me, ask how I'm doing, then silence. Its awkward to initiate what I need to do there....when I'm obviously there to tan.

Associates are way too aggressive with pushing tanning lotion and products on your customers...which tells me that there is way too much pressure put on them to make sales. I understand the need to market, and advertise, but you have EVERYTHING right there as soon as you walk in...there is no missijg it, but when i am asked about it or suggested to buy something or have something recommended for me EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN TO TAN that makes me feel uncomfortable and like im not valued as a tanning customer, simply based on my loyalty and membership alone. I know 4 other people who tan at Palm Beach who also feel this way, and there is alot of open discussion about it on Facebook. The reality is your lotion prices are grossly inflated. Not everyone likes tanning lotion, or sees the benefit, and when a customer is asked about why they dont have lotion., and says they dont like it, or they are allergic to it, oe or two or six times it should be noted on their account not to ask them again.... yet you have no problem noting on their account when they DO buy lotion, which tells me it doesnt matter to you. You have gained a majority of the Atlanta marketshare, and since doig that your customers have noticed the change in your associates and how they have become robots that constantly push taning lotion products, either out of fear of losing their job, or fear they wont make enough money to survive without the sale. Your reputation is already beginning to be questioned, so please reconsider your tactics

I hadn’t been in to PBT in Atlanta’s Buckhead Loop for months. I was going to cancel my membership, but because of information shared by Alex who was working, I changed my mind. She was very helpful, friendly, professional and informative. I learned about other options and am now still a member. Great job by Alex. Hope this feedback gets to Store Manager Brittany Tait. The staff always greets me in a friendly manner and is very helpful. When I signed up for my membership, the girl working knew what she was talking about and explained the different bed levels to me. They make you feel comfortable and seem to remember your face, too!

I've had a membership for the past 6-7 years and always enjoyed tanning here. The only times I had issues were when people would not open the store on time-specifically the store on Lenox road (next to "I love kickboxing" and "A Lenox Nails" salon. There have probably been 10 times where the store was supposed to open at 9 and no one was there-each time I waited until 9:45-10. Also the bulbs are often out at this salon, the other day bed 9 had 4 bulbs out and that was after I asked the girl at the front to put me in the bed with the newest bulbs. Other than this my experience has always been top notch and I've recommended lots of people to come here for memberships and spray tans :-)

I've been disappointed in the customer service at Palm Beach Tan in the past, having stressed out employees constantly pressuring me to purchase products I didn't need. Some employee attitudes were really off-putting when I turned down their suggestions. I took several months off of tanning, and since returning, my last two visits have been fantastic. Both employees who checked me in were super friendly and professional, making me feel like a welcome customer. I'm hoping for the same experience moving forward.

I go to the Lenox location and the girls always do an awesome job and are always so kind and helpful. One in particular I can't remember her name right now but she suggested I get the glove that helps take off my old spray tans before I spray again and it is amazing! Super happy with the service!

Door entry to every tan bed is horrible. The door doesn't lock properly. Poor craftsmanship. The 24 hour policy is horrible too. I've never experienced the 24 hour policy at Solar Dimensions or any other tan salon that I've been a member in.

Most of the employees I've encountered at your midtown Atlanta salon have be lovely and willing to help in whatever capacity they can! Of course, some are less knowledgeable than others, but that is to be expected in retail/customer service jobs and the turnover rates inherent to them.Overall, great job PBT!! Love your social media involvement and fun email tone! Would love to see more spray tan deals (like your $10 Mondays) as I avoid tanning beds now-- skin cancer and all.

It was a good experience. The associate was helpful with re-activating my account. She also gave me some great ideas for lotions. Unfortunately I stayed in the bed and got a little burnt in my legs and shoulders but not a big deal. My only real suggestion is to have more people working. She was the only person working at the time and she was overwhelmed due to it being busy.

PBT Buckhead Loop is always average at best. The employees are odd, sometimes borderline rude, act superior and all-knowing... It's definitely a little weird but all I really care about is tanning so I just bite the bullet! It's gotten somewhat better in last 3-4 weeks or so, but I'd still much rather go to Lenox Rd location.

I love that your nationwide and I can use your salon when I travel.For the price.. It works in the winter, but I tend to use it less in the summer.I love that everyone I have encountered has been very nice.Thank you.

The new staff is great. I had previously cancelled because of a bad experience with a manager but now that he's gone everything is great!!! Awesome new beds too which is fantastic.
