The mystic machine drips water from top of machine from the previous cleaning. At this and all locations. It often messes up my fresh spray tan. Please fix it. Please tell your employees to lay off the up selling of products. It's annoying. I'll buy something when I'm ready and able. The mystic machine is often broken at various locations. Makes me want to drop my membership. I always have to call ahead now so I don't waste my time. Everyone pretty friendly. Overall, happy w my experience. When everything works.

Love the staff at the Johnson ferry location. But would love it to be easier to get one of the summer bags since I bought lotion before bag came out and so don't need lotion and now I can't get bag.

This was my first time ever in a tanning facility and I made that clear upon arriving. I had several concerns and many questions. I began with a young lady name Stephanie who have me the tour. Her presentation was a little confusing and conflicted with what I had seen online and heard on the radio. She changed prices for different options at different times. I was confused and a little overwhelmed, but I signed up anyway. At this point I was handed off to another lady named Hayliegh. She took me back for my first spray tan ever. As she was telling what to do, her information conflicted with what I had told earlier. Now, I'm worried and very confused. I kept asking questions, but was told to stop over thinking it and just follow the directions. I was left to begin the process still nervous, but committed. After prepping, I stepped into the coffin like chamber and waited for the instructions. Once the blower began, I couldn't understand a thing it said. I tried not to panic and I turned 4 times like I had been told. I was never told what to expect at the end or how long to wait before I got dressed. I started to pat dry but was afraid I'd wipe off the color. I dressed after a few minutes and made my way back up front. I was still a little anxious but the ladies kinda laughed me off. I stayed long enough to make an additional purchase because I wanted the free tote bag. I had to ask how to get it even though I had already purchased half of the requirements. Once again i was passed back and forth between the two ladies. I left without any written information about my membership. I waited 5 hours before I showered and used the body wash I was sold. In the morning, I noticed that one side of me was darker than the other. I spent almost $120 and did not get very good results or very good information.

I always feel well taken care of at my local pbt. I recently began indoor tanning so I typically ask a few questions each time I visit. I am always impressed with the level of knowledge, patience, and positive attitude demonstrated my the members of my local pbt team. It's nice to know I have a place nearby to escape from the rat race and experience sheer bliss for 10 perfect minutes. Great experience with Casi. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. You DO need to provide samples for guests to try. NOT the small packets to purchase. Get the manufacturers to provide these! Seriously, I feel by joining and paying for tanning that I would buy lotion IF I was able to try one or two different kinds.

Love everything about palm beach tan. I'm there so much and have been for years that I've learned to realize maybe I catch employees on bad days but the only problems I ever experience are with staff not doing things correctly. I'm a diamond member and I spray tan a lot. I always have to check the code on the booth and have the time it's put in wrong for versa. Literary just yesterday I was trying to spray light and got a moisturizing cycle and everything had to be reset. I've had worse experiences but palm beach is by far the worse with customer satisfaction of things don't work out in a customers way there are never benefits you just have to go about your day. I've been spray tanned the wrong shade before and all I get is a you can shower and come back. My time is wasted a ton because of staff. Overall Palm beach is my favorite from the beds, pricing, deals and equipment. Staff is definitely the worst part.
