As long as I have tanned with this company at many different stores This is by far one of the nicest an cleanest store the company has. The manager Mia is great very very polite an knowledgeable about the products an always willing to help the customer The company should be honored to have such a great employee working for them

Curious. I’ve been using a bed at other locations they called it IDream. Has settings: Caribbean, Mediterranean Normal. I’ve been using it as a Platinum or its being offered to me as a Platinum. Skillman said theirs is a Diamond because it’s new. Doesn’t seem right

I used an IBed I have repeatedly told the staff that the misters don’t work. I bought an upgrade because the gold and platinum reg beds have absolutely no ventilation. I was told that the beds are old and they cannot get parts. I find these excuses less than acceptable

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The building and equipment is very clean. I have just started tanning and it has been a very comfortable experience for me.

Staff is always welcoming happy. But there are better beds at other locations. There needs to be better level 5’s for what people are paying for. But, the staff is great!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I got a defected lotion of the Midnight Nior, it was cracked on the inside and leaking out, wasting product basically and they changed it out for me immediately. They’re a lways letting me know about upgrades and promotions! Love this location! (Greenville Ave) Oh, and the beds are new( :

I was hoping to use a level 5 upgrade but she could not find it on my account. I should have received it from the Mesquite location a couple of months ago and was told it did not have an expiration date. It was not on my account and the rep did not know how to do an override.

Martae is a very efficient employee/Mager. The salon is very clean and during the holidays was decorated so very festive. I enjoyed tanning there just to see all the creativity.

I love Palm Beach Tan but wish that you would offer the same lowing price that is offered to prospects. It is a bit defeating to know that a person who no loyalty to you can get the highest level of tanning for just about the same price I am paying for gold.

I WISH you would create a marketing campaign for current loyal clients to upgrade for the same monthly price as a prospect (with no loyalty). It isn't too nice to hear that someone off the street has the Diamond plan for only $10 more per month then what I am paying. When I ask to upgrade for the same price I am told because I am a client I cannot get the same pricing but for only $75 more plus tax I can get upgraded for 45-days. And, I keep seeing all these marketing tactics that the longer I stay the more perks/benefits I get. To this day, I have not received any benefit/perk except 20% off lotion which is what you offer new clients.

During the month of August 2 locations (Garland & Richardson) told me I had a promotion $25 off $40 lotion. But when I tried to use that promotion at Skillman I was told it was $25 off $50. I don't understand why 2 places would tell me the same thing then when I want to take advantage the cost is more.

The last 2 times I was there the top half of the bed could have been cleaner as I saw greasy knee marks. I would have mentioned it to Lasaundra ( as I know she would've taken care of it) but she wasn't up front.

The young man that manages your Skillman/walnut Hill store is so good at his job!!!! You are Blessed to have such a professional, friendly, employee in that particular store b/c you have had some really bad managers in the past!!! I am not being hateful & I do not want to offend you but I am speaking the truth. This young man greets you with a smile & even calls you by name!!!! Great customer service!!!!! You need to do right by him b/c he certainly adds a great deal to your skillman store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As far as rating this store with a poor,average, or great star... he gets BEYOND GREAT!!!!Please keep your versa bed operating correctly; it is such a hassle to get in there after preparing with the intensifier, barrier crime, & then get in and find that the machine isn't working & it happens way too often!!!! This is not the employees fault but your corp.'s fault!!!! You own all tanning salons now so you have no competition & you should make sure that your equipment is in working order at all times... you owe this to all of your customers; without us, you would not have a corporation.

I tan at your Dallas store at Skillman & Walnut Hill. You have an employee at this location that KNOWS how to treat customers with the respect that your customers deserve !!!!! Her name is Jessica Rangel & she is a GREAT asset to this location. This particular store is really lacking in professionalism , in customer service, & honestly; in knowledge on how to work with the public. But Jessica goes ABOVE & BEYOND to make your members feel welcome & appreciated!!! Most of your employees ( at this location ) act as though they are doing me a favor by " allowing " me to tan there rather than I am doing them a favor by being a member!!!!!!!!! You are very Blessed to have Jessica represent your establishment in the way that she does. Very professional, knowledgable, & friendly!!!! The over-priced lotions show the true greed of your company. You pay a minimum price for the lotion and overcharge customers with more than 100% profit. Also, you don't have any customer loyalty programs that match the new customer programs - it is shameful you don't appreciate current customers.

Well if i did not know anything about tanning and how how strong tanning bed are and how they can seriously burn you and cause discomfort. But since i do know that tanning beds can burn you when you first start out tanning the palm beach employees need proper training on how to instruct people to tan and how long they should tan when they are first starting out. If i wanted to do 20 minutes in a bed your employee that was helping me would of have let me but since i knew that would burn me I said I only wanted to do 10 minutes. Basically you need to better train your employees on what they are doing because lack of knowledge of someone who does not know anything about tanning and went for 20 minutes there very first time I know would be burned very bad which this could be a liability to your company. I have been a customer since 2008 and your organization has no customer loyalty at all. Twenty percent off lotions that are marked up 200% does not make a loyalty program. New customers get the best deals while current customers are charged such high unfair rates. I continue to tan with your organization because it is close to home and the beds are clean but it would be nice if you would show a bit of appreciation for my business and loyalty.

I only tan 3 times per month. I want the option of top beds (who wouldn't!). It would be great to pay by tan with the option to pay more for nicer beds. PBT is always clean and workers are always nice. Great training!
