I've been going here for a few years but took a break due to covid. Now coming back, I was happy to see that they are going above and beyond to protect their staff and their customers. But, they always were very clean before anyways. Also, as always the reps were incredibly helpful and friendly. Needless to say, they definitely have me as a lifelong customer.

Great!!! People that work at the 2 salons I go to are so nice, fantastic. I could do without being overly sold lotions and what not, but as the new people recognize me, it gets less. Seriously, don't pressure them so much to sell the lotions. It's annoying.

The store manager is perfect. She is kind. Knowledgeable. Does not rush you. How ever the staff needs to be like her. With trying new beds or lotions I'd only speak to her. The staff seems bothered when you ask questions or you get the wrong information. The place is always clean.

It’s annoying how pushy the staff are about selling products. And when I ask questions about the platinum bed, the staff didn’t know the answer at both locations. The staff should be trained more on all the functions of the beds.

My visit on April 1 included a super long wait to even get checked in. I think I waited about 15 minutes at least to check in that day. It wasn’t the fault of the staff- seemed like one poor girl was doing everything all by herself. Several people were in line in front of me and a few in line behind me. This poor girl was cleaning the beds and checking all the people in so the location seemed to be very understaffed. I forget her name but she was so kind despite whet she was dealing with.

The people are nice... the prices are too much! I’ve been to tons of different tanning boutiques, I’ve even worked at them... your prices are not fair. Your packages are aimed to have people spend over the top money when not getting what they pay for. I don’t need to be asked how long I want to lay, I know when to get out. Beginners, maybe not. But take that into consideration.

Brian is the store manager at the salon in Roswell and I love him!! He is always so helpful and so nice when I come into the salon. I am not someone who has a lot of self confidence but he always manages to make me feel better about myself (whether he knows it or not) and he genuinely cares for his clients. The entire staff here is awesome!!

The mystic spray tan is okay, it is never quite even after it is shows its color.. I use the primer too. I realize nothing is perfect.

Brian is an excellent manager at the Roswell location! I doWish the 24 hour to the exact minute between visits would instead be replaced with just one visit per day no matter the time . Any other salon I have been to in Georgia has never had the rule about the exact hour it is quite inconvenient .

Everyone is always so welcoming and nice. EVEN WHEN YOU WALK IN RIGHT BEFORE CLOSE! They always act as if it is in the middle of the day. I always apologize but everyone insists that its not ever a problem. I work late and rush to get there usually and because this is such a treat for me I am so grateful that I am treated so well.

I live in Peachtree Corners just south of Johns Creek and I am an independent contractor massage therapist so I tan all around the city. However, I would say probably 80% of the time I am over in your Rossville Store off of Holcomb Bridge Road. Emily is the bomb. She was always so helpful with any questions I might have about lotions or what bed she thinks I should use that day, etc. She's always very friendly and I notice she knows a lot of the customers by name and greets us as such

I get emails about specials all the time but it seems whenever I go into palm beach nobody is aware of specials. I ALWAYS have to ask what they are instead of being informed by the ladies that work there. I feel like I miss out on offers that I can utilize. Jessie the store mgr is always good about informing me but shes not always there when i go in.

i have not been in a long time, but when i did go back, i learned the upgrade package i purchased expired. i think i purchase additional upgrades they should not expire. also, i pay lots of money and don't use it every month. i could have frozen my account, but the point is there should be something for not using the service

The salon I visit is always clean and the staff is always courteous. My only complaint is that the constant "upsell" mentality of the staff is a huge turnoff. I pay a monthly fee for my membership and have purchased several additional packages, based off my needs, without being coaxed into doing so. But it seems like every time I go in there is some coupon "I need to take advantage of" or some additional product that would make my tan better, last longer, whatever... Even when I'm already making a purchase, there is ALWAYS another thing I need to go with it. I understand that the associates are likely paid incentives and are responsible for a certain amount of sales but at some point, it begins to feel like harassment to a frequent customer. Some associates, as you would expect, are more aggressive then others. For example, I went into my salon one night and wanted to buy some bed tanning sessions to compliment my spray tanning membership. I already had a lotion from a previous run of tanning so I didn't need another bottle. Once I divulged that information the associate who was helping me actually LOOKED in my history to see how long ago I had purchased the bottle, presumably to urge me to buy a fresh bottle. That's ridiculous....when I say no I'm covered, that should be the end of the conversation. It seems to me that customers who already pay a monthly membership fee should be spared from the upsell game.

Everyone is always friendly, the salon is clean and fresh smelling. Those are the most important things to me. There are many places to tan these days and they are all about the same money but you can't put a price on cleanliness or customer service. I been tanning for longer than most of the girls that work at PBT have been alive so I have seen it all and PBT is top notch! Keep up the good work ladies!!

The 24 hr rule very very very very inconvenient for literally everyone. Especially for people who work full time. This rule is the reason why I don't recommend it to any of my friends to get a membership at Palm Beach Tan. Nice facility, great service, but this 24hr rule got to go. It would be understandable if it was "only one visit per day".

I originally wasn't going to bother with the survey. Until I went back into anither PBT location to use my other tan, that I had purchased. And they informed me that "tan" expired the day before, I even questioned that the fine print didn't communicate that they expired on the 2/10, but that it was seven days from purchase?I realize as a consumer it's up too me to read the fine print, but your sales staff should also confirm the details of the coupon and the purchase that's being made. Even if it's only a $1.00 purchase. It's just good customer service.

This locations facility is starting to look run down. Cracks in the walls, beds that are not working. Needs some Tender Loving Care that does not seem to be happening.Disappointed its taking SO LONG for someone to take notice and have an action plan.

I have been a customer for over 5 years now. Orig signed up in kennesaw, ga where I did live. Work in Roswell, so love being able to go to other locations during the day. Also, have been to the Chicago land area a few years ago and loved being able to use my membership there. Evenings of your staff is very customer oriented.
