I come to the salon about once a week; sometimes twice a week. I always anticipate there being a long delay because it has happened often in the past. Sometimes it seems inefficient and unorganized in the way that customers are being processed. One time recently, I went to a salon and there were three people working. There was one customer in front of me speaking to one of the persons about product. One person was behind the desk the other was at the end of the desk and I wasn't sure what her role was because she was carrying a clipboard. There was another girl behind the desk that didn't appear to be doing anything. I waited up to 20 minutes just to go into mystic tanning and no one was in there prior to me going in. I learned that the person with the clipboard was the auditor because she came over and told me that she appreciated my patience and explained that she was the auditor and not the help, and therefore she couldn't help me. What confounded me, however was that she was helping the other customer along with the other employee conversing about product. It sounded like a party about the different products and customer service seemed set aside. In the interim, two other customers walked in and they were waiting, as well. I understand needing to talk to somebody about product, but when there's a line, these customers should be processed. Especially when it appears that there are three employees and all of them seem to be engaged with one customer. A different set up really needs to take place. I've also noticed that when there's a lot of people in there at one time waiting to be serviced, those that are using the tanning bed versus mystic tanning, are serviced first. I have also waited up to 30 minutes so that all those people could be processed, even if they came in after me since they were using tanning beds and not Mystic. That very much upset me. There have been other incidents different from these, but I don't want to belabor my points. I think you've got enough information to work with.

The salon is always super clean. The staff professional and friendly. The beds are well maintained. Have been tanning for many years and have tried multiple places but I keep returning to pbt.

I am so pleased with the service I have received. Jazzmin and Kait are so helpful and are great at suggesting different combinations of tan since I do versa. Jazzmin even called me when the versa was down for maintenance since I was in the night before and it wasnt going to be fixed for a day! Thank you again for the great customer service!

Most everything is always good, except for the fact that the floors should be cleaned/swept more often. Don't like going into a room and seeing dust bunnies. Also don't like when I arrive and there are associates standing around, talking, not folding towels... I shouldn't get half-dried towels, handed to me in a bunch.

The staff are very helpful. They understand skin care as well as tanning. I feel that the staff is more of a friend than simply people working at the salon.

The group that runs Hamilton road is fabulous compared to your east broad location in reynoldsburg. There is never the same group twice working in reynoldsburg - and today is was literally turned away from using the mystic for 25 minutes while what appeared to be a friend of theirs used it after laying in a sunbed. Hamilton road is fabulous - I will never return to east broad.

I recently signed up for a level one membership because it is advertised as being $19.99. My total when I paid was just over $60, I didn't think much of it at the time but when I went to tan today I asked why the cost was so high and the associate told me it was because that was the price for first time customers, and I didn't qualify because I had a membership last year. I wish that had been told to me when I signed up, as I probably wouldn't have done it. I had to sign the electronic pad multiple times but was never told what exactly I was signing, I was told it's just paperwork. I don't want to be a pain and complain all the time but I feel like your associates need to be up front and honest with customers, especially when I am adding another monthly bill I would like it to be what I had originally budgeted for based on the price list that was shown to me.

My experience at PalmBeach Tan in Gahanna Ohio 43230 has been excellent. The staff is absolutely amazing! Especially Cody and Riley, they are total assets to your company. They always have a smile on there face. I've only been a member for just under a month and they know me by name and always happy to see me. But it's not just me... They are like that to everyone!' I have referred many people to PalmBeach and will continue to!! Please continue to keep your salon staffed with great people and amazing beds and products. This is an A+ salon!! Gahanna store is typically run very well, clean, good staff and never wait. One pet peeve is waiting in line to tan while staff is selling lotions or memberships. Poor approach

I hadn't been tanning in a while and the rep was very helpful when It came to picking a package as well as recommending a lotion and giving me all kinds of information and was very helpful. The facility was very clean and everybody was super friendly.

Feb26 I came into the saloon to put my membership on freeze for the month. Shawn said I was a day late and this was not dolphin beach tan...it was pbt so he will see what he can do. He said he emailed corporate. I certainly hope y'all are aware: I don't get paid until the 3rd of March. Please. I will dispute this. I do not have funds to pay for March. Happy to pay when I unfreeze my account...Shawn didnt have me sign anything? I got mad and apologized. I have no money in my bank account because Ive been abused.

Great store but the only issue I have that often makes me consider dropping my membership is this: Your directive to your store employees is to focus on selling product and memberships over taking care of customers waiting in line to tan. Many times I've waited 10-20 minutes and longer for someone to finish with a prospective customer and completely ignore everyone else. That is beyond aggravating. John

The only thing I haven't cared for is the 24 hour in between appointments. I went in today at 11:40 am and was told I had to come back at 3:00. Not sure what a difference that those 4 hours would have made. Just irritating. Other than that, I love the cleanliness of the salon and the beds are amazing. Customer service is also fabulous. They know the product they are selling and are extremely friendly.

Cody is wonderful and is the reason I look forward to going into get my spray tan several times per week. The girls who use high pressure sales tactics trying to make me buy products (some of them even make me smell 10 products before they will let me go back and get my spray tan) are the reason I think about cancelling my monthly membership which costs close to $100 per month. Like everyone else, I am so, so busy, and If I actually make it in to PBT to get a spray tan, it is nothing short of a miracle. I usually have a few minutes, at the most, so The last thing I want is to be hassled for several minutes about buying some new product almost every time I go to PBT. Other locations besides Hamilton Road are much worse, the Hamilton Road location of PBT is by far the nicest, cleanest and easiest place to go to tan. I can't stress enough how awesome Cody is, he seems to really get it - he is always friendly, greets me with a smile, asks how I'm doing and his customer service that I witness to everyone else while I'm in there is second to none. And, he never over-pressures me to buy products. He will briefly tell me about promotions or discounts I have access to, but he never over-does it.
