I really enjoy coming to this tanning salon. The staff is great, friendly and very knowledgeable on all of the equipment. I love how clean the establishment is. And I really love all of the perks that come with remaining a customer.

Rachel (assistant manager) was awesome but I will say that the lotions that are provided are way over price, and shouldn’t feel pressured to buy them there when I get get them for $40 less anywhere

Eddie answered all my questions and helped me pick out the best lotions for my budget and goals. He helped me upgrade from sunless tanning to beds. He was such a great help and I am very happy with my tanning experience so far!!

I Spray tan & tan. None of the associates other then 1 knew which lotions i could use that wouldn't effect the versa tan. I go there all the time and would make 2 trips so i could tan go shower the lotion off and then versa. I found that there is a few lines i can use to tan and then spray tan after and the lotion wont effect the spray tan from messing up..
I thought your associates would be better trained, saved me a lot of time and money when i found out that there is lotion i can use in the tanning bed that wont effect the spray tan but more people didnt know this or any info on this. Bad for business

I've been a spray tan member at The Parke location for the past 3 weeks - so far so good! All employees I've met have been very friendly and helpful and the salon is clean and tidy. My only gripe is that I'm not able to have the color I want as part of my subscription! (The color with the violet undertone.) This was only explained to me AFTER I had signed up (the color chart had be shown to me prior to sign up and I'd commented that this particular color would be my preference). Anyway, as there's no way I'm paying an extra $30-40 per month, I now have to settle for second best. So I'm not a 100% satisfied customer, unfortunately... but pretty happy all the same.. :)

The staff is so new it takes a long time to check in and I have been there at least 4 times. The staff needs more training. They should try to check you in as quickly as possible. Also for the money I spent I would expect I could leave my lotions I bought at pbt at the location. If you are a premium member paying the highest monthly fee, you should be able to leave your lotion. These kinds of rules makes me feel like a second quality customer. Suggestion for you: Give your top monthly clients the option to leave their lotions.

Taylor was the associate that helped me. She was very informative and friendly. I have nothing negative to say about her. I would leave 5 stars but I have to say that I felt the sales pressure to buy products was over the top. Yes I know they are important but ultimately it should be kept educational and then left open ended for the client to decide. I am in skincare sales myself, so maybe that is why I'm more sensitive to it. The markup on the products seems very high and even though I have money to spend, I prefer to spend when I'm not under pressure. Taylor is just doing her job and I know that kind of sales strategy comes from management so please don't think it is her I'm annoyed with. As for the treatment, I am satisfied, just wish that the most popular brown bronzer shade (for mystic) wasn't an added price. And I also didn't like the extra $20 I paid to become a member. I am not cheap, just feel I was nickeled and dimed. Thanks for the opportunity to review your business.

I am new to the Beauty Angel, but I love it! Michelle and Bryanna took very good care of me via phone calls and my first visit. I filled out a survey, so I don't know if this is repetative, but those two ladies did a steller job. I think anyone visiting your establishment would appreciate their professional and knowledgable approach to the business and the customer. It is kind of rare anymore to encounter employees who really seem to like what they are doing and want was is best for the client.

First time in had a few issues with getting the bed set up. Helpful staff, nice choice of beds. The price is very high and once the first month is up I'm sure we will have to cancel. I just think it would be better to have a few more clients instead of the high price and few clients. Jut my opinion/
