The platinum beds are weak. I tanned for a straight month everyday and didn't get as dark for how often I tanned. The Gold is very pricey.

The location is clean. The staff are friendly. The only thing that I do not like is the pushy sales from one of the girls. No means no; I’m here on my lunch break and just want to tan. Having a long conversation with me about the products wasn’t factored into my time away from the office.

As a new customer and first time tanner, Kaitlin helped explain packages, products, and the process addressing my questions and making me comfortable with my decision to join. She set a high expectation for the level of customer service and the rest of the staff has been equally amazing on my other visits.

Saturday closing at 8:00 pm is early. Earlier than Sunday, which is odd and inconvenient. Fortunately, weekday hours conveniently extend into late evening, which works out nicely for me. Facilities are clean and comfortable and the staff are sufficiently polite and amiable.

Everyone at the salon is phenomenal! They are all so knowledgeable and friendly. I only wish that every time I checked in, they would stop asking me to buy more products. I feel a bit pressured when I have just spent a lot of money on lotion, start up fees, and membership.

Black Friday marketing plan was poorly written (Up Grade to next level for $10) and was not what I thought I purchased. Even the employees in the stores were confused.

I’d like to nicely suggest that sale static’s there can sometimes be too pushy for my taste. If I’ve said no , and no the next day and so forth then the answer is probably going to still be no. In my opinion a good sales person can learn how to read individuals and learn when to back off or when to suggest an upgrade or a product. Building a good rapport especially if you’re new to the location, might be also a successful sales tactic. I buy from the people that I know there and that I know are just trying to make a buck off of me. I do you not want to be asked every single time I go there if I want to buy a $900 upgrade either. Perhaps instead of solely focusing on up selling , they could also disburse their time learning clients names and how to spell them. To me that shows investment in the customer and would potentially make me want to buy something there.

The salons are extremely dirty. I clean my own bed often. But the salons are convenient with having so many locations. The staff is a hit or miss, sometimes you get people who have no idea what they are talking about and sometimes you get someone great!

Honestly the memberships are switched constantly and the customer service is absolutely horrible. There are about 2-3 employees that are knowledgeable and pleasant the other ones are just absolutely rude and always talk you into buying products.

My last visit in I didn't realize till after I'd already preparing myself to tan that I didn't have a towel so when I came out and I was sweaty and nothing to wipe off with it's unfortunately I had to get dressed while I was a sweaty

I was sold a gold spray tan membership. I was told I would get the bronzers for the mystic for 1$ with the membership.. not$ 5. I feel the mystic tan makes me look orange without being able to customize it. I have not tried the versa at this salon yet. I wish I would have had a more professional explanation before I purchased this. Also, I thought charging a 20$ start up fee was not very good customer service as I have been a member in the past.

Always clean and most of the staff is friendly. I think the male (has a proverb verse tattooed on his upper arm), at the Frisco location is not really friendly or doesn't appear to be genuine in talking with customers, or at least me. Everyone else is a joy to walk into the store and see.

This is more a rating on price transparency. I'm a stay and save member, and have purchased two sunbed tans in the last two months. I thought that stay and sav e members received a discount on the published price of single tans - I paid 23 for a Diamond level in early September. Then this past weekend, the same bed was 30 dollars - the published price for a walk in. Is there no more discount for members?

I never have to wait when I go to Palm Beach Tan. The people that work there are always so nice and can answer any question I give them. When I buy new lotions, they are patient and explain in detail why each product differs from another and what benefits I can get from each.

I am disappointed in the attitude of Nicole when I was trying to come in on 04-25-17. She was very rude and didn't even address me until I pretty much forced her to. I needed to update my credit card that was on file and she kept acting like she didn't even want to be there and the assistant manager that was there was just as rude. I understand this store is going through some changes but I am to the point I only want to go when Hailey or Austin is working.

Jasmine at the front desk makes it a pleasure to return here. She keeps me informed of special offers without pressure that previous personnel did. I avoided eye contact then after numerous responses. I see that she has been training new people which is awesome. Too bad you cannot clone her!

I think there could be a more friendly manager working the front. Won't go out of his way to be nice or kind, he's quiet, not outgoing comes off to be rude. I would never thought he would even be a manager.

I was new to the Frisco area and I could tan at several locations. I chose this one and will always stay not only for the new renovations and great tanning experience but mainly for the amazing staff that always greets you like an old friend. What am I rating? My issue with PBT has always been that you do nothing to instill loyalty or recognize length of membership. I have been a PBT member since you got the first Mystic Tan in Dallas at the Frankford location. I continued membership for 8 years in Austin when we moved there and then transferred back three and a half years ago with much ordeal to the Frisco branch. The transfer wound up costing me lots extra for the same level of service with no explanation (and I asked multiple times). I put up with the constantly new staff members, constant construction or issues with a bed or beds and listen to the lotions sales pitches far too often for my taste. I would transfer in a heartbeat if there was another tanning place closer that offered the same sunless beds.

I love tanning at Palm Beach Tan in Frisco . Everyone is always so nice. I have never had to wait for a bed. The lobby area and beds are always very clean. I am always told about the latest promotions and when I want to purchase a new lotion, they are very informative about what each product has to offer. Always happy with the results.

Mercedes was super helpfuland friendly . However the spray tanner ( mystic ) was not working we found this out after I had been charged. Hopefully I get a refund of charges. Also hopefully next Saturday there is more than one person working the line and wait started to get long.

Everyone is pleasant but the salon beds are just too old. Even when wiped down I still feel like I in a dirty bed. I avoid having to go to this location even with the fact it's 3 mins from my work.

Mercedes was a very good salesperson. She showed me all around the salon and explained the bed I was going to use thoroughly. She went into detail about the difference between lotions and helped me pick the right one. She was very friendly and energetic. You have a great employee and it's nice to see a smiling face when I return each time to the Friso location.

Many of the beds I've used have had multiple bulbs burnt out at the 2 locations I've visited on a consistent bases. I've informed the staff , but nothing has changed. The staffing at the Eldorado location seems short handed and always hurried.

I am a non-sunbed tanner - mainly Mystic. The one draw back on the mystic is the temperature of the solution - FREEZING! It would be really great if the bottle could be warmed slightly prior to inserting it to make a more enjoyable experience. Even in the summer months, the solution stays cold due to the colder temperature the salon keeps for the beds.

One thing that really bothers me is the fact that if you have tan dollars in your account you can not combine any special prices or discounts when using tan dollars. It's money I have earned and should be able to be combined. That's why I purchase most of my lotions elsewhere.

I have not been tanning for a couple years. Came back to Palm Beach for the convenient locations. Started yesterday 4/3. Went to the Frisco location on Preston Rd. It is in desperate need of a major upgrade. Feels like I entered a tanning salon of the 90s. Old beds, Shredded towels and the bed I got into today had a huge crack on the top of the bed. Like I said, I use it for the convenience since I work close to the Preston Rd location and occasionally go to the Eldorado location also. I mentioned this a couple of years ago and nothing has been done in fact it looks worse.

I've been going to the Preston & Warren location for a while. I'm in the same bed every time. There are 4 upper bulbs out every time. I mention it to the staff every time.Never fixed. What would Diane say??

I went in yesterday to start a membership. As a full time college student I am on a budget. The workers helped me find the best membership for what I can afford. Also as a first time tanner I had no idea how this all works. I was helped by two people unfortunately I have forgotten thier names. I really am grateful for all of thier help.

I like Logan. He is friendly. He knows his job. If I have ever had a problem he has taken care of it. He seems like a man on the rise to the top. Definitely very intelligent. He is also polite. I like going to the salon because of him. He deserves a raise and a big promotion.
