for the past week and a half there has been a problem with the mystic on its last rear pass it runs out of solution at about knee level. i told the sweet new opener about it & she relayed it to the manager who said there is nothing wrong with it. this is not the case. the backs of my calves are pale. in addition, i think its awesome that you send out birthday rewards & such but it's sad that it doesn't apply to diamond members as these coupons are generally for 25% off & diamond members get 30% off normally.

I wish there was a plan for just using the beds and not the sprays. Also wish you would have lotions that are not 100%-200% over wholesale price.

I have been coming there probably close to 15 years and every time people get my stuff wrong or charge me for stuff I get for free. I haven’t been told I had credits in over a year and was finally told I had received them a day prior to going and went two weeks later to purchase a product and they were gone and nobody could say what happened to them when I’m supposed to have them thirty days in the past. The people themselves are very nice but I guess nothing is ever listed in notes to make the process go easily.

I come in, check in, go tan and leave. No delays and the 2 beds I like best is usually free for my use. I wish a free upgrade for 3 tans be thrown in from time to time like you did a few years ago when I was tanning.

It is disappointing that existing clients cannot get the same great deals as a new client or someone just wanting to tan one time. It is also disappointing that to do a one time upgrade to a bed is $15!! Why so greedy and charge so much? A person off the street will pay $1 for a tan but an existing client has to pay $15? Just so sad how greedy and uncaring this company is.

It’s clean for the most part. I do hate when there is something that sticks to my foot after getting undressed to get into the bed. But, I don’t know that there is much beside vacuuming after every person and that would be difficult. The beds are good. Staff is nice. I don’t like being sold something every time you go in. That’s a bit annoying. If there was a better option out there I’d likely change but there’s not. So I stay.

Love the location on Preston in Frisco. The staff is friendly and efficient. I never have to wait. I reactivated my membership and want to get a base tan for my vacation in two weeks. They gave me the best advise on how long and which beds to tan in to optimize my tan before my vacation. I Love them! #palmbeachtanrocks

Ileana (I think that is how you spell her name) at the Plano Legacy location is one of the best employees I have encountered. She was so kind, polite, professional and was not obnoxiously pushy. I do wish PBT would offer existing clients a price break to upgrade to the Diamond Level to use the stand-up unit, create a package that does not include spray tans so the cost is not so extreme, or offer a stand-up that is between the gold and diamond levels.

I don’t know his name but he has worked the last two times I have tanned. (7/14 & 7/17)He exceeds any person besides Chrissy that’s worked there in a long time. He knew my name after only one visit and got me checked in immediately. This is very important to me since I am very short on time. He is friendly and you should definitely keep him at our store! That’s why you’re getting five stars , Otherwise he would get an average regarding the overall store. Get new handles for the doors! It’s ridiculous.

The staff is great. They are always very friendly and fast. They know my name when I walk in the door and just need my PIN number. They even know which bed I prefer. They are also great with recommending products. The only complaint I have is the music, it’s TERRIBLE. Most the time there is one channel on, you try to change it and it’s just silent, then you finally get back to the channel and if it’s horrible music, you just hope your 15 minutes goes by quickly. I’m 48. I don’t want to listen to what a 28 would. Please just put a variety of music in each bed. That would be great.

The associates are always very nice, but the one aspect I don’t like is that the spray tans expire. For what they cost, they should not expire. I inevitability lose several each year because I don’t use them all.

I have been a PBT member for a long time and normally everyone is extremely friendly. With that being said, I was somewhat disappointed with the employee checking me in on Monday evening at the Independence location. She seemed extremely frustrated that there were multiple people in line and kept saying that she's really busy. It took her over 10 minutes to get 3 people checked in and I have never had to wait that long. Like I said, normally it's a great experience, but this time I was let down.

PBT in Plano, LegacY & Independence is the Best! My favorite staff! I have been chatting with Palm Beach Tan since 2006 and a and several locations. My least favorite store is the McKinney location only because the staff cannot remember my name , which after 2 yrs , would be expected. The staff at the McKinney location just doesn't have the friendly, I like my job atmosphere.

Please fix the Eldorado and ridge store. It's awful. We love independence and legacy but drive from McKinney bc ridge is SO bad. The male employee is rude, doesn't ask what you want just assigns a bed. Makes rude suggestions and has dirty rooms when he works. The mngr at legacy/indp is awesome!!

I LOVE my Legacy/Plano Palm Beach Tan! The staff are amazing! Casey is awesome always! I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and I love it when they recognize me. They give me the best advice on tanning options and lotions to optimize my experience. My best friend now goes to this location too as they are the BEST! I will not go anywhere else!

I froze my account in December, and bought a package a coupl months later. When I went in this week to use a tan from my package, the girl who helped me (who was sweet and very helpful) told me that after I bought the package, my account got re-activated without my knowledge. So in addition to buying a package of spray tans, I also paid for 2 months of spray tanning that I didn't want! Bummed that after being a Palm beach member for more than a decade, I wasn't refunded that money that I was unknowingly charged. What a waste.

Casey is great. Always welcoming, and knowledgeable on the products/beds/what tan I need. I live closer to the Frisco location, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. The people at independence location are far better at their job, and I will gladly drive further for their service.

As a member it would be nice to be given discounted options to add on extra services. Had to pay per session to do a week or two of bed tanning even though I pay $60-70/month already for the membership. Staff is nice, and am pleased with the tanning, but if given the option to change salons for a better, less expensive "mixed alternative" I will opt for that plan.

Fantastic service at the PB that I tan at. They always have me pulled up in the system before I even got the door. Love love!! I will say that as a company ... Having a membership for over 10 yrs with PB traveling and trying to use your membership is horrible! I wasn't able to use my upgrades and the service was very unpleasant. The sales associates were put out helping me tan out of my area. The Tyler , TX location and the Jonesboro, AR locations ... Very poor service!

I love Fran who works in the morning. You can tell she has it together and works hard and is very sweet.
You quality of tanning beds are pretty poor. The level 4 beds remain looking like crap and some have had the same missing bulbs for at least 6 months maybe even a year. Thanks for shutting down room 1 to change out the bulbs for several weeks. Just went in it today and they are out again. Does that tell you maybe some MAINTENANCE should be done on them? Or maybe consider replacing them? Room 8 or 9 look ghetto. Planet Tan offers much better beds and actually at a lower price. I am considering switching. I know you are sister companies ... step it up to their level. But Fran is the best thing that has happened to the place in a while!

Everyone is so nice at my Legacy spa. The only change I would make, would be for the customer that is at the top of your levels. When you offer free upgrades, we are already there, can you offer us something else? Maybe something like "TAN Bucks" Money/bucks we at the top level could use for purchasing products

I absolutely love that you guys have been offering the $10.00 spray tans on Mondays! Please don't get rid of this!! It makes it much more affordable for someone who lives on their own and goes to school!
