Palm Beach Tan is very clean at the Mockingbird location. The staff is very nice and not trying to up sell you all the time, like other locations do. Of I want something I will buy it.

I came in last Wednesday the 8th and Brittany answered my questions. Set me up with a three pack of spray tans. Exactly what a company and customer could want.

I have came in MULTIPLE times and Macy is my favorite person I've ever dealt with in all of my years of tanning at PALM BEACH. She CARES about your skin and does the right thing to get you where you want your COLOR without damaging your SKIN!!! I hate that someone would write a bad review just because she cares and they want to burn and damage their skin..... WOW.

Easy in and out ... and staff is nearly always nice and engaged. My only suggestion is that they give us “regulars” more perks - eg. upgrades or product for our loyalty.

The store manager, I believe it’s her anyway, smokes too much that the store is starting to smell like smoke. I used to be a store manager at PBT years ago so I understand the importance. She is always out back smoking and can smell it as soon as you walk in the store. Not professional in my opinion.

Spray tan rooms are always cold and when I cocktail tan you do my offer robes so I have to put all my clothes back on then take off again just to walk to another room.i use the mockingbird location in dallas tx.

Janae was SO helpful. I was totally lost at what to do and she made sure I felt comfortable before and after my spray tan. Great attitude and it was almost closing time. Rock star employee!

We find it very annoying that you implemented a program that's tells us the maximum time we are allowed to tan. We went to Mexico and got very tan and came back to keep the tan but the system limited us by several minutes. We are adults and should be able to make a decision about how many minutes we want to tan. If we burn, it's our fault.
