Obsessed with this tanning salon! The staff were super nice and helped me pick the perfect shade! The place was super clean and cute, and my tan looks sooo good!!

I had a truly exceptional visit to Palm Beach Tan today, and it was all thanks to the incredible assistance of Taylor. I went in to address a past due balance, and Taylor went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did she get me a fantastic discount that allowed me to pay off half of my balance, but she also worked magic to get my account completely zeroed out – a huge relief! Taylor's customer service was truly next-level. She patiently and expertly walked me through the different types of moisturizers and face lotions, helping me understand exactly what my skin needed. It's clear she's incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her customers. Thanks to her, my account is settled, and I'm set up with the perfect products. Vegas was also there during my visit, and she was incredibly friendly and kind, adding to the wonderful atmosphere. Taylor turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and informative one. She is a true asset to Palm Beach Tan, and I can't recommend her highly enough.
