Palm Beach Tan Dallas West Village tanning salon

I had a truly exceptional visit to Palm Beach Tan today, and it was all thanks to the incredible assistance of Taylor. I went in to address a past due balance, and Taylor went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did she get me a fantastic discount that allowed me to pay off half of my balance, but she also worked magic to get my account completely zeroed out – a huge relief! Taylor's customer service was truly next-level. She patiently and expertly walked me through the different types of moisturizers and face lotions, helping me understand exactly what my skin needed. It's clear she's incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her customers. Thanks to her, my account is settled, and I'm set up with the perfect products. Vegas was also there during my visit, and she was incredibly friendly and kind, adding to the wonderful atmosphere. Taylor turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and informative one. She is a true asset to Palm Beach Tan, and I can't recommend her highly enough. If you visit this location, be sure to seek out Taylor – she'll take amazing care of you! Kudos to Taylor and Vegas PBT is very lucky to have them on their team..

Taylor is awesome! Super helpful. I told her all my concerns and goals as far as spray tans go, and she advised the right shade, etc. did not feel like she was trying to oversell me, definitely only cared about me looking my best for the weekend. Her coworker was also very nice. I just didn’t get her name because Taylor was my main contact. Both girls working 05/22/25 around 9:30 p.m. are great examples of customer service. They could have ignored and been concentrating on clean up or closing, but it was all about the other customers and me :) this is coming from a gal who worked retail for ten years. Super good job.

6 stars if I was able ! Kianna is AMAZING. She was so helpful, patient, and thorough on explaining the different spray tan options. I have always done versa vs mystic. She absolutely has me Sold on mystic with enhancers for life. The results are stunning. I have no trace of orange, no streak marks, literally looks airbrushed professionally on. I recommend getting the mit to rub the spray tan in after you get out!! Worth it. If you are looking for a place to spray, this is the place, ask for Kianna, let her work her magic, and thank her in advance. I can’t wait til my next spray tan!!!

Cant say enough great things about this location. The manager Marcus, is always so friendly and welcoming, he make sure everyone that enters his location feels important and is taken care of quickly.
