I have nothing but incredible things to say about PBT! Specifically this location and their staff. They are so friendly with everyone, show genuine kindness, and REALLY care about their customers. In particular, the very sweet blonde who is there almost every morning (I don’t know her name!). She takes so much time to explain the process and beds in detail, answers questions honestly without judgement, and MOST of all she creates such a personable and comfortable experience. Recently, I went in after a long rough night and she immediately noticed, took the time to ask if I was doing okay, and listened when I needed to vent a little . She didn’t have to do this, she chose to listen and be empathetic to my situation. I returned today and i was greeted by her asking if I am feeling better! This just speaks for ONE of the staff members. It’s such a friendly and welcoming environment. Simply walking in the building can boost my mood and confidence 10 times over. I will never recommend or use another salon! 💕
