July 23rd, 2026*Ashley P* was the manager of Palm Beach Tan on Independence Pkwy in Plano during the second half of 2025. She then became the manager of Palm Beach Tan at Garden Park Drive in Allen in late December 2025. Ashley P was the *best* PBT store manager ever. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was *patient and understanding* of customers needs. She was always kind to customers and willing to work with them. Ashley P understood the importance of customer service on a *personal level*. She was always helpful whenever I purchased upgrades, lotions, and spray tans. When she saw me approaching the PBT store – Ashley P checked me in for 1 of the 3 tan beds that I preferred. Wonderful customer service. I appreciated Ashley P's friendly greeting each time that I entered the PBT store. She was a wonderful young woman with a kind hearted soul. I enjoyed brief conversations with Ashley P - when there were no customers needing assistance. Thank you Ashley P. I always appreciated you. I always looked forward to my next visit at PBT on Independence Pkwy and Garden Park Drive. Hope that Palm Beach Tan could find new managers like Ashley P. She was a *rare gem*.
