DONT HOLD PRIVATE TAN PARTIES AND CLOSE TO YOUR MEMBERS DURING NORMAL BIZ HOURS!!! Service at this locations is always great and the ladies are always nice and helpful. Not so at many other locations I’ve been to in 3 different states over last 2 decades. I understand they have to upsell but sometimes it’s abit much when you’re trying to get in and out, not their fault. Salon is always very clean as well. My only qualm is it seems this evening is the second time hours have been shortened by 2 hours for a tanning party or whatever was going on today and another time some months ago. I love wasting time applying expensive tanning lotion at home and driving there just to see a sign you’re closed, but a group of girls inside for something private. That should be done before or after tanning hours, not during set hours you’re open that the most of us pay for. Pretty inconvenient.

I had an event with my sorority at PBT, and the workers were very patient and very helpful even during late hours!! It was my first spray tan, and they were extremely helpful with the entire process. I would really recommend!

Lani provides an excellent customer experience. She is personable, sweet, and professional. Hang onto her tight. You don't find many employees her age who are so sociable, polite, and professional.
