September 8th, 2026Didn't quite know what to expect, but my therapist recommended red light therapy to help with my depression. I will do this again. I felt relaxed after. No racing thoughts. I wish PBT offered a Wellness only membership. I have no desire to tan or use the sprays, but red light therapy I will definitely do again!
