February 24th, 2026I have tanned at many PBT locations through the years and I have met many wonderful staff members. However, this latest membership agreement that I am in has been somewhat confusing and I didn’t see where I was getting anything out of it and was about to cancel. Then I was blessed enough to walk into this location and encounter Miss Makenna at the location on Preston Rd at Warren Parkway in Frisco. She has been thorough, non judgmental, and more than kind in walking me through the steps and benefits of my membership. I was elated the night that I met her and she so clearly explained everything to me. I am now overjoyed every time I see her because I know that I’m in good hands. She always takes my membership into consideration and offers me the best bed she has available and any necessary guidance. I remain ever grateful. To clarify, I have never encountered the rude employees that I have read about in some of these reviews but this store is nice, has good beds and a gem of an employee … so they have my business!!
