March 14th, 2026I visited the Herndon, VA Palm Beach Tan location today and had an incredible customer service experience thanks to Ally who was managing the store. I've used the Spray Tan booths in the past, and was eager to try the new wellness options that are now available. Ally provided options to me and gave me advice on the services that I would find useful. She walked me carefully step by step on how to use the new sauna and red-light therapy and I was really excited to give it a try. The store was clean, inviting, and I can't wait to see how using the sauna redlight therapy service over the next few months helps with inflammation and the health of my skin. Thank you for providing such a great experience and I look forward to visiting this location again.

June 8th, 2025Team is always helpful and always provide the best customer service. Of course, it's a service that is a contract like a gym and it you need to read the fine print. For nice equipment, you will also pay more- which is worth it. Like anything, you get what you pay for.
