September 8th, 2026So happy to be back at Palm Beach Tan! I received exceptional customer service from an employee named Alexis. She was so polite, friendly and clearly does her job with a positive refreshing attitude. She was working alone and I watched her juggle client after client with a genuine smile and went out of her way to show how much she cares. Alexis is the kind of employee that clients look forward to seeing and impacts our lives. I was impressed with the new additions to the location and cannot express how much Alexis made my day yesterday. Thank you for providing an extremely clean and welcoming location. I can’t wait to tan later today! Thank for the opportunity to express my gratitude and keep up the great employee training, outstanding customer knowledge and service. 10/10 stars!!

July 17th, 2026Anikah is conversant and experienced. Tanning Beds. Spray Tans. Red Light Therapy. Infrared Sauna. Pre Tan Products. After Tan Products. Anikah is a remarkable multi tasker. Sales of tan memberships. Sales of tan products. Provides customer service on phone calls. Checks in customers at the PBT store. Documents everything in registries and computer. Inventories tan products and cleaning products. Cleans tan beds and goggles after each use. Washes and drys towels after each use. Anikah is very Polite. She says "enjoy your tan" and "thank you" to customers. She is always Smiling which is awesome. Palm Beach Tan is lucky to have Anikah as a valued employee.
