January 17th, 2025I am of mixed emotions as part of me is excited and joyful for Anna for her recent promotion as she deserves it and has worked hard for it. As a longtime PBT member (2013) I have seen PBT go through many changes as well as people. I met Anna at the end of 2020 at the Kennesaw location when she was just starting at PBT and instantly formed a friendship. Anna has always gone above and beyond above to meet my needs or wants. So many different ways she has helped me whether it's suggesting a new bed or lotion or suggesting ways to better my account. The other part of me is sad cause I followed Anna to Cherokee location because she made such an impactful impression on me that I wanted to watch her growth and impact on PBT. I thought Cherokee would be Anna's permanent home with PBT but NOT. As she ventures into a new task and destination I wish her nothing but the best for her and situation. Anna is a special talent that has endless possibilities and will succeed with NO trouble. I love and enjoy the Cherokee location and girls that I have got to know but I will be tempted to follow Anna to Canton as she is that meaningful of a person to me. Loyal Customer, Brandon South
