April 1st, 2026Where do I start? I’ve been coming to this location for over a Year, I’m in that time. There have been two separate managers that I thought were great. In my association with this location, I have actually Even yet the regional manager, Alyssa. I have owned my own retail businesses so as a consumer, I am acutely aware of good customer service. I can only assume Alyssa has done a very good job with training Her retail managers. This location is manager, Yaya, takes the entire customer service experience to a different level. She and her staff are funny, at times extremely entertaining. And knowledgeable about all the products of Palm Beach Tan. As I have been to other private tanning locations in Orange County(Not corporate locations) I find his young ladies provide a very positive experience for This guy. Thank you, Alyssa, Yaya, Cam, And Taylor. You guys are the best.
