Thank you to Brittney at the Chelsea location for going the extra mile for me while the alabaster location phones were down. She called me back from her personal cell and answered all of my questions, fixed my account and also confirmed a question with the district manager on something she wasn’t sure about off hand. Customer service like this is almost unheard of anymore! Big shout out to Brittney!!!
