Palm Beach Tan Troy Troy

I stopped by mid-week while visiting Troy. I’ve been to PBT before, so I was already in the system and just wanted a quick spray. I was planning to do Versa, but the manager came out to help and we started talking. She was AMAZING. She suggested I try the 4-turn booth (think Mystic) and helped me choose the right color with custom tints. What really stood out was how engaged and helpful she was—not just doing the job, but really making sure I got what I needed. She served in the Army and is now in school for nursing. PBT is lucky to have her, and they’re really going to miss her when she moves on. Both she and the associate helped me get set up, walked me through the "dance moves" for the booth, and made sure everything was just right. The result? Incredible. Honestly better than my usual Malibu dark Versa. The salon was spotless, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or professional. I’ve been to a lot of salons over the years, and had a lot of great help, but this was far and away the best service I’ve ever experienced. Outstanding job.
