I've been a member since graduating, and while I loved your Virginia locations, I haven't been a fan of the ones in Los Angeles. Notably the lack of free makeup removing wipes, disposable hairbands, and the absence of sample-sized tanning bed lotions. If I want to bed tan once or twice before vacation, or stop by unexpectedly without my usual stuff, I shouldn't have to buy a brand new $50 bottle; similarly, making people pay for makeup wipes when other locations have them in each room alongside the hand lotion and hairnets is just cheap. Small stickers to measure bed tanning progress would be appreciated as well (the kind you put on your hip in order to see the difference as you get darker).

On a positive note I have to recognize Izzy on her customer service. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you are greeted each time anyone walks in and makes sure I always know how to use the bed or new products that come in. I truly appreciate her service she provides and the knowledge she has. Shes out of the Brentwood location. I hope she gets recognized because she deserves it. On another note I wouldnt give this salon 5 stars if it wasnt for her because everytime I go into room 11 the bigger Mystic room It is always broken or has a problem. Its really frustrating because it seems to be everyone wants to mystic and then you have to wait bc that mystic is down. I tell the manager there and I know they get the mysitc team out to fix it because I have seen them there fixing it, but to this day it never works right. My suggestion would be to get another mystic so customers arent left to wait for one room. By no means is this any reflection om ally the manager or the rest of her team either as I know its not their fault it keeps breaking. However it creates a problem when people like me mystic all the time and have to wait in a long line to do so when we bought the emerald package just to be able tp mystic.

I have to say Justin and Cody are amazing at your Beverly Hills location. They went above and beyond to smooth things over after a not so pleasant conversation with the female that is your regional manager. I have been a general manager and director of operations in fine dining for about eight years now and dealing with the public is definitely not an easy task however it is something we must do when we choose jobs that require us to do so. Thank you again to the professionalism and kindness of both Cody and Justin for not only making my experience quite pleasant however correcting an issue with a friend of mine that I brought in that again your regional was even quite unpleasant to her as well On another occasion as she was signing up.

Typically it’s a challenge depending on time of day. Normally I come on Friday early or Sunday. I’ve had to wait an hour and a half more than once and one time until 9:30 (they close at 9). Seems like Versa is broken often. If the location wasn’t so convient I’d choose Santa Monica which is cleaner.

Overall great - love the products and the locations. If I could change anything I would add in the option for an email account status update for those of us who have auto pay memberships and programs every month. It's a helpful reminder, especially if we lose out on a service for a month because we let the month go without using it or a nice reminder of the options on our account - if available? Life is busy for all of us and this could be a nice addition - Thanks

The stuff is really friendly , but last time I was getting a spray tan, I had strikes happening while I was in the machine, line bleeds in a few spots on my body, my feet turned brown and my color didn't really change that much. The spray tan was much more expensive since I added the fragrance the shade and the accelerator, but I am really disappointed this time.

Visit before last at the Beverly Hills location I was going out of town and wanted to get an island tan for my trip. After leaving the salon the next morning I realized I was not nearly as dark as the island usually leaves me. I waited almost 30 minutes for this tan and the girl who helped me was new and definitely forgot to add the island. I was disappointed and had to tan once I was out of town again. I'd like to at least be compensated because I paid for a tan I didn't receive.

I was upset that I wasn't offered a free tan in any level bed for my bday on the 24th. I saw the email about when I got home that day. The girl who was working knew it was my day as well. Are we supposed to ask about it? Is it possible to still get ok new of those tans?

Hi, noticed last visit that the mystic blower was cracked open wider than designed which caused the solution to blow more randomly instead of on my body. The color is dismissed. I asked the woman to add to my profile that I will wait for room 21 instead going forward. Thought mgmt would like to know. I'd rather use Versa but the cost is to high.

Always good customer service here. I thought for sure there would be a long wait for Mystic the day before NYE but there wasn't. Only issue I have is the last two times I have been in the room I used, there was a slight drip coming from the top of the booth during my session. It didn't hurt my experience, but might be something to look into.

Everything is great except for the 24 hour hold. It truly does not work for me and although I've tried several times it ends up having to be cut out of my schedule. I've been a client for nearly a year and I have NO color!Unfortunately I am forced to cancel my account this month.

It seems like not only are you cutting down hours your are also cutting down on staff. It is unacceptable that I have to wait half an hour for a mystic tan. I have walked out twice already because I don't have that kind of time.

Everyone is exceptional, especially at the Beverly Hills location. Unfortunately one male employee there isn't the nicest and customer friendly and I try to go when he isn't scheduled. The girls are wonderful and so helpful ALL the time. :)

I really like Palm Beach Tan. However, I'm disappointed with the new weekend hours. One of the things I appreciated about the salon was that it was open late every night. 5pm seems too early to close to me, especially since I work on weekends.

At Beverly Hills, by whomever is working the counter, I'm always greeted with a smile and even a recommendation, if I need one, of a good bed to use that day. The location, rooms, and beds are always clean and the experience is always positive and I leave pleased (and hopefully tanned). Dylan is one of my favorite people at the counter because of her laid back, sincere, and friendly demeanor, knowledge of the beds, and her willingness to share her own personal favorites. I've been bed tanning "forever" and at your physical location through the prior two or three owners for about 15 years +/-

I am overall very happy and satisfied with Palm Beach Tan. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes I have to wait, which is a bummer, but understandable. By far the biggest "complaint" I have is waiting for the solution to come back called Island "something". Been waiting for it for months now!I tried it once and it was amazing! Much better tan than I have ever experienced! Please get it back in stock ASAP and this time make sure it stays in stock. Obviously many people are very upset that it is not back yet. Thanks so much for all the wonderful tans and courteous service. :)

The customer service is good, the workers are nice. My only issue is with the beds. Most of the beds I used so far (the last 2 months) were old, kind of falling apart. Buttons not working. I am NOT able to listen to music IN the machine while tanning. That option is totally OFF! On the standing bed there is a music option but in a weird way...there is an auto-radio "MacGyver-ed" on the outside of the machine... :D And even though I am having some tan after all these visits I can't say I am chocolate dark at all...before at any other places I went to showed better results in shorter time...

The staff is always pleasant. Very informative about the machines, products and best way to tan. They also inform of new promotional products or specials on tanning. Always love coming back to see their smile and hospitality. Prices are great compared to elsewhere.

There needs to be a better way of tracking what's on your account. The girls at the front have no way to tell me when I am going to be receiving my tan dollars, when they expire etc. There should be an online portal where I can see all of my tanning activity, what I have left, reminders for when I should be coming in...it's very strange how it currently works and is awkward for members.
