April 12th, 2026I had a great experience thanks to the employees. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer questions and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Their positive attitude really made a difference, and I’d definitely come back because of the great service.

April 12th, 2026I always have such a great experience at Palm Beach Tan! The staff is consistently amazing—always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely kind every time I walk in. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. What really stands out is how knowledgeable they are; they truly know what they’re talking about and are always happy to answer questions or give helpful recommendations. It makes such a difference knowing you can trust their guidance. I also went to Big Hats Day and stopped by their booth—everything was set up so nicely and looked super cute and organized. I was able to grab a few things on sale, which was such a bonus! And just like in-store, the employees there were so friendly and helpful. Overall, the positive energy and professionalism of the team keep me coming back every time!

January 7th, 2026Beautiful tan and friendly staff! From the manager to the front desk girls. All know their products and the tanning lifestyle! Have been tanning since 2020 at PBT! Any negative reviews you read are from old bitter “karens” who are unhappy with their own lives and are intimidated by attractive fun bubbly young women who live and breath the Palm Beach Lifestyle. Be your own judge of character and visit the location. Staff and management does their best to keep the standards of the salon at an A+, fix any issues in the moment and do what is RIGHT and FAIR for the customer/company. I live at the coast now and HANDS DOWN PBT has some of the best beds and spray machines in the industry!!!
