This salon and every employee I've had an encounter with thus far has been amazing, courteous and very accommodating. To the negative reviews below... I'm sure you are aware that tanning salons are in fact small, no need for 4+ people behind a counter and when it's busy, just be patient. Life is too short to put such negativity out there and get worked up over having to wait 10 minutes to TAN lol. To the owner, I think the training provided is stellar. I applaud you and your employees!

Such a nice place to tan, very clean everyone is so nice ❤ the tanning beds are awesome I have really enjoyed my experience with them. Thank You all so much for being amazing!!!

Everyone is great, the only problem i have is when i show up and they aren't open when they should be, and a sign that says someone will be here in 30 minutes and no one shows up!

Staff is always so nice and cheerful. Never really have a long wait either.

Carly is always so friendly and positive. Sunday she was super busy, the phone was ringing non stop customers in line at the counter complaining about Saturday closure, she managed everything is w smile and helpful attitude. I always look forward to seeing her. I do hope you will do something for the customers (me) who have time limited tanning packages and give credit for the days you are closed (Sat. and Monday) so far...

Convenient location. Friendly and professional staff. Absolutely immaculate beds and stand ups.

I usually go to the Marlow location and it's always clean and the girls are nice, polite, and service oriented.

The employees seem to be all on the same page about the services that PBT offers. One of the team members who really care about the rash I been having after I tan. She comes up with solutions for me to try.Comment, I wish PBT would open up at 9:00 am on Sat and Sun. I am certain you will have more customers come early and get another tanning bed with lower wattage bulbs like the Marlow Center has in #4.

Left my lotion that I bought at palm beach went back a couple of days later and was told by the young lady working there that it was taken home by the owner..I asked why? And she told me that’s what they do??? So was getting ready to try and call owner so asked for the number and another young lady asked why I told her and she said that’s not true..looked in the cabinet and there it was..I’m a diamond member and not sure if I will be staying!!!

Very friendly staff and usually the wait isn’t too long.

I would love to have drinking water available like the previous owner had. I’m always really thirsty after tanning.

The girls at the salon are always in a good mood and I want want they are having! Please thank whoever for extending my tan prep time from 6 mintues to 10. It has eased my anxiety level and I can relax and enjoy my tan.We have to work on those hard plastic piece of blobs that are called pillows!

I recently started tanning at the location on Marlow road in Santa Rosa and the staff isn't friendly. I tanned at the Petaluma location for the first time yesterday and the staff was much friendlier.

Staff are moderately "friendly", but are pushing higher level bed packages to those who HAVE to get their base tan FIRST, then work their way up to a higher intensity, less time, level 3 + bed.

Staff does t really go above and beyond in any sense. They always seem rushed even though it’s never busy. Was told I shouldn’t get the base plan since there was only one bed that’s always full but every time I visit it it’s free. Towels are always dirty.

The staff is great! Always asking how was your day, smiling all the time. They are so willing to service the experience of your tan. I still have a few comments that I have mentioned prior and that is:Change out the plastic blob that is called a "pillow" and put some time of foam pillows.Remove the 6 mintues time limit to get ready. I get forget to prepare for my tan becuase I am feeling rushed. I know the staff members have told me that just yell out and they will reset the time but they are always with a customer and most of the time it just one person in there.

I had a good experience using the Marlow tan. Katie was very friendly and helpful. I love customer service and she delivered it.

I have enjoyed my experience with Palm Beach Tanning since the salon has changed ownership and the remodel. There are a few minor issues to work out but otherwise I would recommend it.

Enrolling was laborious, and I didn’t care for having an automatic charge that I have to cancel by the 25th of the month. All I wanted was to get 30 days of tanning for a trip I am taking on April 6th. I don’t need more than that. I was also told there was a $20 initiation fee on top of the March charge. If I want to use the facilities the first 5 days in April, I have to pay for the entire month if I don’t cancel by 25th of March. Good way to collect extra cash for your business, but piss off clients
