Samantha is a sweetheart! The girls up front really make the experience. Maintenance needs to be on it a bit better. May be worth training the staff (or a least the Managers) on how to replace bulbs in the beds to minimize downtime and customer frustration.

The girls at the location I frequent are all awesome. Emily is the best and always goes out of her way to recommend new lotions and beds. I appreciate the great customer service I receive and love the upbeat and friendly customer service im provides with. Im always greeted with a smile and they even know me by name. The staff is nice and place is clean. I do not like weekend hours, I wish you were open until seven. During the week I do prefer 8 am in the morning opening.

Facilities are clean but last few times I've used the spray tan, the color runs out before it's completely finished so just air comes out and part of my body is left with no color on it.

Love your staff and Emily is wonderful and always make sure to make things right if something doesn't turn out just right! I have signed up for an unlimited monthly membership but can never quite figure out how it is supposed to work as far as saving me money....I have been coming about once per week. All in all you guys are wonderful!

Staff is great! Sometimes a couple of girls are super slow though in the rush our of clients which makes the line build up. The beds are always clean... but sometimes all the beds are filled and we have to wait 10-15 mins for the next one. Being on a waitlist or schedule would be ideal.

I recently upgraded my pass to the highest level and was SHOCKED that you have customers PAY $20 extra to upgrade instead if saying. "Thank you"". I feel it is a total rip off. Very disappointed.

To be honest I pay $104 a month for my membership. I own 6 bottles of lotion and a few moisturizers too. Cant the reps who check you in see that? I mean every single time I go in they ask me how my lotion is working and then tell me I have a percent off I feel bad saying no but I spent way too much on lotion and I have at least 6 to 8 months worth on hand

I'm very disappointed about how this salon seems to be going downhill. I pay $90/ month and expect the beds to be fully functional and they are NOT. Also, dirty clothes hanging in the lobby that are for sale? Really? I'm losing my faith and very close to canceling my subscription for good

Your facial lamp has been out on the sun board in MV for weeks. It seems that whenever things go down, it takes weeks and sometimes longer for it to be repaired, which is not ok. You have enough locations, you should be able to keep parts in stock (at least one or two of each item) so you don't have to wait on an order. I manage apartment communities. If I had to order a part every time a resident required a repair, they would be outraged and I would have an empty community.

Customer service is ok. Spray booths need alot more cleaning and wiped cleaner. It seems lately that the mission viejo store needs cleaning and better service. I am not the only 1 saying this...I've been on your site and also Yelp. Better ck it out. Your prices demand better quality!

I am really considering stopping my membership and also a friend of mine. Too expensive and doesn't seem inviting. Still no clothes in lobby. I always hear different stories from different people. I don't do well with bullshit at all. I've been tanning for over 20 years.

I really like this team and the regular staff here, but seems like things are slipping during the busy season. I hate to give such critical feedback, but I've been coming here for months and I think it's been a while since the last spring cleaning. I often have to brush other client's hair off the bed before getting in. The corners where the clear bed is screwed in are grimey with hair and dust, and I understand it isn't going to be perfect but it's gross to see while I'm lying there trying to relax. I use the versa spa regularly with my diamond membership, and that too always has residue and globs of tanning spray all over the spray nozzle & walls. I had to wipe the globs off with a paper towel to make sure it wasn't blocking the spray and making my tan uneven. I used the restroom to wash my makeup off before spraying and the sink is clogged so it wouldn't drain. Yuck. It's also been left out of toilet paper 2xs when I've gone to pee before tanning... that wasn't fun waiting around to air dry, lol. And finally, the ground. The flooring is always really dirty. Not with trash. But just the tile in general. I feel like I'm walking barefoot on asphalt. If you look at the high traffic areas, the tile and grout are so dirty that it leaves your feet black if you walk around on the ground between getting undressed and into the tanning booth or bed. If you look at the less traffic areas, you see the tiles and grout are about 5 shades lighter. I get it, they are super busy and having a steam tile cleaner come in is expensive. But when it comes to being hygienic, it's so worth not having to literally clean the bottom of my feet off before putting them back into my shoes. Again, the team here is always friendly and the staff catches on to client's names and tanning preferences quickly. That being said, it makes me reconsider my diamond membership because it just doesn't feel clean when I tan here. I'm sorry for the negative comments, I just felt compelled to give this feedback since most of the time clients that love the place (like me) don't want to bring it up to the staff member on duty, and I definitely wouldn't put this on Yelp because I'd never want to detract from their business. I've even recommended this location to friends and colleagues of mine. I just hope they can bring it back to feeling fresh & clean.

The floor in the spray tan room is rarely swept or clean as I've seen the same 4 pieces of trash on the floor for the past 2 weeks. The spray tan booths are never wipes dry after they are cleaned, as there is always a puddle of water that I have to wipe up to avoid having the water spray on me while the fans are blowing. The alcohol pads are way too small to wipe your hands with.

Super sweet friendly girls at the front desk. They are very helpful with answering questions, or sharing knowledge about the products. Always a relaxing atmosphere. Nice and well kept facility at both the Mission Viejo and San Clemente salons. I would happily give a five star rating if the girls could remember to clean along the outer edge of the top half of the bed where people push up the lid. It always has grungy fingerprints and hand prints on it. Overall, I enjoy my visits.

My experience wasn't bad at all however it wasn't" WOW THAT WAS GREAT" either. The staff at this location seems to change quite frequently but is always really friendly . The rooms are maintained and the beds are clean. It would be nice to have different options for music and one time use samples of different tanning lotions before you commit to buying a bottle. Other than that maybe a bit lower prices or more regular perks for members would be nice, I only tan in the sun beds never spray and a lot of the promotions are geared solely for spray tan customers .

I do not remember the young lady's name who was working the desk but she was very nice and polite. I was signing up for the monthly membership and she was very helpful. It helps when you have a person in that position who makes suggestions and is not pushy to upsell packages or product. I know it's a business but it's nice to not be hounded. Great experience. I like my I exspensive package and having the opportunity to every so often upgrade a bed or a few seasons without having to upgrade my package. I enjoy the staff and the beds; however, the floors are absolutely disgusting. I am afraid to take my shoes off. I dropped something and it fell between the wall and the bed and there was so much dirt, yuck and dust that I did not want to touch what I dropped. The floors appear to NEVER mopped, it is very gross! The music is also a problem, 80% of the time it does not work or there is only one channel and because the main volume is controlled by the front you cannot hear it over the beds. I love the facility; however, if these two things are not fixed soon I will be forced to go somewhere else. I have been a member since the location opened 10 years ago with the original owner. Thank you!

I've had a membership for several months now. It seems like the spray tan machines are always down. Which is the whole reason I have a membership. Also, I would bring my service dog, very rarely, in w/ me to spray tan if I was going to or from work. He is a very small and quite dog. The first time I showed the manager his paperwork. Recently I was told I could not bring him in. Which is VERY illegal. You should educate your employees on service dog laws before someone sues you.

I dropped to silver level because i couldnt afford the gold however the sole silver bed is kinda sad. It would be great if one of the lesser gold beds became the new silver ;-) ;-) other than that no complaints!
