This location is the BEST! The facility just had a full remodel. It looks modern and is always super clean. They also just upgraded their machines and the new options are great. Room 1 has a higher end bed that makes you SO dark, totally worth the extra money for a better membership package. They also have red light package options. If you’re dealing with SAD or just want a golden glow, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Had to get rid of a terrible farmers tan for a wedding. Luckily Hailey, Taylor, and Mattie were able to give me sound advice on how to achieve my goal. I am heading to Hawaii minus a farmers tan and all one shade thanks to them. Great service that helped me achieve my desired result without burning my Irish skin to a crisp. Would recommend!

I have been a customer of Palm Beach town for seven years, possibly without a break In membership. I have been to Palm Beach stores across the states traveling with my job. I think that gives me a pretty good idea of a metric to use to gauge service within the salon. I have been taken care of by Haley at the Wilshire location, my past three visits. The last one was just this morning, one of which I forgot my lotion, as we know it is expensive to replace. I was not gone very long and Haley called me to tell me that she had it for me and was putting it up. Her overall disposition and ability to remember things about the customer, even with limited interaction is very welcoming. She is an asset to Palm Beach!
