Was acknowledged upon entering and was helped within a few minutes (1 person in store). Checked in and waited less than 3 minutes for "clean" bed. Customer service was fine.Bed may have been sanitized, but was DIRTY. Dust, hair, dirt... in all corners was VERY visible. Hoping to see the beds get a real clean more often, definitely gross be surrounded by other people's hair and grim while tanning.

Erika, the sales associate is amazing! She’s always so friendly and welcoming! You should give her a raise! She’s awesome! The only reason why I don’t give you five stars is because you really should change your bulbs. I get much better tanning results at your salon in Mission Viejo.

The beds don’t seem to be truly clean. The music from the other rooms is far too loud. The chatter between the counter team is excessive while I wait to check in.

Every time I come in every one is so helpful, the facilities are clean and the service is great! The prices also make sense for the area and you never feel obligated to spend more (they do an incredible job of up selling, I must say! But not in a pushy way).

Sprays are inconsistent Sometimes drops, and some times totally missed areas of my body.

Twyla is awesome as always! Love being greeted by her when I walk in the door. Also always has great lotion & bed advice.

I would like the salon to at least open at 8 am, by the time 9am comes around Im already part through my day. I do not want to be almost hassled Everytime I come in for product (when I have a new bottle in my hand). Also I have to go a full 24 hours?! So if I tan at 9:15am I can't till the next day until 9:16 but that gradually later and later so I need to come in the middle of my day? And then you close at 5 INB the weekends. I love the beds and the girls are so sweet just doing their job but I'm already looking in to other salons.

Everyone is always SO incredibly friendly - Hailey always calls me by name and is super helpful. The store is always clean, too!

Great experience, tanning constulant was helpful and friendly and my tan came out wonderful. Just a little suggestion: the towels you offer for the spray tanners, maybe switch back to the regular smooth towels instead of the ribbed detail ones because they are harder to pat down the tan without leaving uneven and weird imprints in the skin :)

I just LOVE going into Palm Beach Tan, because they make me feel SO special every time I walk in! One girl in particular, (her name is Tatiana) makes me feel that way...... She is so sweet and kind, and she just makes me feel welcome the minute I walk in! Definitely my favorite of all the salesgirls!

My experience was awesome. As I wrote on yelp I thought PBT was gonna be another terrible and awkward experience run by stuck up women. Instead I bought a membership and plan on upgrading soon thanks to Tiffany , who is one of the best employees I’ve ever seen at a tanning salon. She thoroughly explained everything I need to know about the tanning packages and products and I plan on further exploring buying them. Thank you guys so much. I never usually write these things but I’m so pleased with the results and feel I have my confidence back. Going to buy a lotion tonight!

I always have a great experience tanning at your salon. It is always very clean and the staff is very friendly.

I've been an ongoing member here for years and I was a little put off by the last visit I had. I went in for a spray and when I went to pay the tanning consultant (who was extremely friendly and helpful, nothing against her) informed me that not only do I have to pay for my color I was getting today, I also had to pay for my last visit. Apparently someone "forgot" to charge me for my color which I had no knowledge about. So instead of paying what I normally pay, I had to pay double the amount I usually do. I remember paying for the color I used last visit and even if that wasn't the case, why should I pay for someone else's mistake? It was just a little offputting and I didn't want to argue with her since it was close to closing time.

I have been coming here for a while now. Never have I had such excellent customer service as with Tiffany! She explained the color combinations as well as the timing Perfectly. Because of her I reactivated my membership that was on hold I know I love going in just to see her!

Too many times the mystic spray tanner is not working or the computers are not working. I understand things happen but when you have limited time to use the facility It becomes very irritating. For what I am paying each month and then on top of that it is another $18 it’s very expensive and when you go in to take advantage of you are special membership nothing is working.the staff is very nice and I feel badly for them.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and smells great, and there's always good music playing in there (which is nice when I'm waiting for the Mystic)! Please consider adding in a second spray tan booth. The wait is always crazy. Yesterday there was just one person ahead of me but it was her first time so the wait was 30-40 min. I know you can't control how long people take but I really feel like only having one booth slows everything down. Or maybe tell people that they don't have to let the booth warm up completely like it tells you and that you dry faster than you think. I can be in and out in 7 min so to have to set aside an hour is really getting old.

It was just fabulous. So fabulous I'm a loss for words.

I'v told you before & I'll tell you again "they don't need no stinking badges" at San Clemente... but you folks need a manager there. You keep asking me who was my attendant but I don"t know. Either no badge or hair covering it. so why do you keep asking ? ... I'm sure I'll get no response as in the past ....

staff is great but your policy of no tan within 24 hours needs to be revised so that under certain exceptions, Regional and store managers can override the system for quality control and customer service reasons.

I usually have a great experience. This time the girl did not know what she was doing. I waited a long time and she put me in bed 4, which I requested. I went to bed 4 and the timer wasn't on. I went and asked. She couldn't figure out what bed she put me in and later discovered it was bed 3. It was a long frustrating experience.

I'm kinda bummed that it's taking so long for the stand up tanner to get fixed, why does Palm Tan have to order from China for parts, wouldn't it be ideal to have spare parts on hand in the So Cal area, there should be no excuses on why it's taking so long.Thanks for understanding my concern.

Staff are always friendly and the beds/rooms are clean.

Alex is great. She's always so peppy and nice even when it's busy. The only down side is that I think the upgrades beds are too expensive.

When I arrived there were 3 people in line to sign up and check in, and 2 sitting and 1 standing waiting for the tanning booths with only Shaina working. I would have rated this experience a 1 but because of Shainas hardwork to accomodate everyone and she upgraded me then it was a 3. I realize it is Spring Break but this place at 7pm was way understaffed. I almost walked out and the couple signing up asked if it was always like this. The upgrade was nice but one of the facial bulbs was burnt out and with all that Shaina alone had to handle phone calls and cleaning too I didnt mention it.

All of the employees are so nice and helpful. I just have 2 issues 1. When the person in front of me by 30 sec gets a cocktail and I'm just spraying I have to wait the whole time. One time I waited over an hour. I would have been long gone before she switched. Next time I'll just leave. 2. The matts and floor have a lot of tanner on the floor. My feet turned color on the bottom before I got in the booth. I know these issues are tricky. Thank you for listening

The tanning beds are great and the staff is really helpful. This doesn't get five stars because I think the pricing for the upgraded beds is a little high and the $20 startup fee doesn't make any sense to me.

Everyone at the tanning salon is professional and kind! I always have a good experience when checking in and checking out. If I have questions they don't hesitate to help me the best they can! And the best part is, they don't push products or upgrades ! Na dthey help me decide how to better my tan when switching from bronzing beds to melanin builders. GREAT experience at palm beach tan in san clemente.

you need to send a case of Downy fabric softener to the San Clemente, Calif. location ...the towels can stand up by them selves .... they're like cardboard ... they feel like scrub brushes .... they suck with big lips .... remember your slogan is " were not happy till your happy " .... not ..." were not happy till your're not happy " .... please make this happen ASAP .... Happy New Year !

I will not be renewing my monthly membership I spray tan only pal beach is not going to carry my single mocha additive the triple is way to dark,I can't get the color I desire,been a member 4close to 3 years,with my monthly and paying for additives 70.00 dollars a month,looking 4 another salon

Hello,I signed up with your company in July 2016. I like the spray tan experience and have a favorite color - Mocha 1. I went in for a spray tan yesterday to find out this color is going to be discontinued..I'm not happy about this. Mocha 3 is too dark and the other colors available don't compare. I like to find products that I can count on that don't become discontinued. Please reconsider this. I may have to consider starting up with another salon ( I don't want to as I like your customer service and location). However, this color is very important and tans aren't cheap. Please let me know if you will continue to carry this color at my location. San Clemente, Ca. (Avenido Pico).Thank you,Renee Gourley

The employees are ALWAYS very friendly. For the most past, the tanning beds are clean, sanitized and ready to go when customers arrive. Maybe I don't tan at peak hours, but I rarely need to wait for a bed/room. That makes the experience easy and quick to fit into my day! Thanks

Palm Beach Tan Mission Viejo is a great and affordable local place to get my Summer (year round) color. It is always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and I rarely need to wait to begin my tanning process. Great promotions to save money on products and services.

The rep at the counter was super nice and friendly when I came in, I believe her name was Chandler. I was able to get my spray tan setup very quickly and there was nobody in line! I love Palm Beach Tan and will continue to come here and recommend it to my friends.

Too much upselling. I have a contract. I am made to feel that what is included in the contract isn't good and I should pay extra for a quality product. That doesn't feel right and in my opinion doesn't reflect well on your company.

Every time I go into a PalmBeach Tan Salon, I am greeted by friendly staff, served in a timely and efficient manner, and my tanning experience is amazing!!

The girls that work there are very friendly and nice. They know about tanning and give good advice about tanning and related products.The store is always clean and well organized. I've only had to wait a few times which is nice also. Mostly excellent customer service and clean environment.

Consistent customer service and relaxed atmosphere, since coming under Jessica's management. The whole crew, at San Clemente PBT, displays commitment to excellence, and is able to answer any question I may have regarding membership.

Always a good experience when the young lady who signed me up is there to check me in. If not, it's usually a pain in the butt. I have to wait for someone else to get signed up and no one else is usually there to check me in, etc etc....

PBT San Clemente continues to offer an enjoyable tanning experience, since coming under new management. Kudos and thanks!

The environment is clean, the staff are friendly and your location is close to my home. I do wish that you had a location in San Francisco or a recipricating salon, as I travel there often and would appreciate the opportunity to tan while I am there and not need to pay an excessive price to tan there. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

The representative was more than helpful (and a great salesperson.) She knew the product well, was easy to get along, with and even made the process of getting signed up fun! Glad I came and joined Palm Beach Tan.

Jessica and Tina have been the afternoon crew that checks me in for my session, lately. They're awesome! Bright, cheery, personable, and quickly get me in to tan.A note to the management would be to subscribe to commercial free streaming music, and turn down the treble on bed speakers, if possible. This would seriously enhance and streamline customer experience. Perhaps PBT could partner with a carrier, in exchange for advertising for them and free listening for PBT. Perhaps it can be expensed as a cost of business.

Love my palm beach tan, and the employes there so very nice. Happy to have the aliso viejo store close to me. And mission viejo close to work.

The survey would not allow me to select 5 stars, but that is my rating. The sales associate at San Clemente, Elora, was especially knowledgeable about safe tanning at all levels offered, as well as tanning retail and spray tanning. Elora is a valuable asset to PB Tan, and approaches her work with an "all in" attitude. She alone made my experience especially positive.
