Went to this location as part of being a local guide. This was the only chain salon I went too. You can definitely tell! It’s awful! Prices are insane! Old beds!! Odd colors and kids behind the desk that don’t care. No thanks

Nice, accommodating personnel and ok equipment (the salon in Annapolis has nicer )the best beds) but was shocked to find out that they do not service all Palm Beach Tan paying clients. They have no beds available for the silver membership level, only the 2 more expensive monthly rate memberships. Corporate money grab taking advantage of perceived wealth of residents living in NW DC. They made it right by upgrading my membership to the minimal one usable in DC. Only gripe now is the age of beds.

I’m very disappointed that you guys got rid of the diamond level stand up bed at your Cleveland park location in DC. That leaves only 1 diamond level bed at this busy location! Are there plans to add another? Or even better would be a new location in downtown DC or near the Shaw/Convention Center area.

I’ve been tanning for 15+ years and thought I knew everything. Usually I spray tan-but with summer coming I was looking to do a UV bed and the staff (Brock&co) was BEYOND helpful. I love how knowledgeable they are and very assuredly taught my about my options and how to safely start achieving my summer base tan! They were succinct and decisive and it really helped my confidence in trying something new outside of my normal routine. They always greet me by name which brightens my day. Love them. They’re the best.

This was my first time back after freezing my account for a few months. The girl who helped me was very friendly in getting me back to a monthly program and helping me pick out a new bronzer lotion. I was a little uneasy about spending 100$ on a new lotion and she offered to upgrade me to the next level bed for the day. I thought that was a great way to show customer appreciation, and psychologically eased my brain on my spending
