I’ve been coming here for a few months, and anytime I walk in and see that Olga is there, I know it’s going to be a great experience. There’s not a lot of people these days that have such consistent and radiating customer service. I really think she is a gem, and appreciate her professionalism!

I’ve been coming to the North Druid Hills location for years, and it’s always a great experience! The store is spotless, and even when there’s a wait, I feel prioritized. Assistant Manager Olga has been such a joy since she started about two years ago—always warm, welcoming, and attentive. Sales Associate KB is equally fantastic and always goes above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend this location more—absolutely a 10/10 every time!

Palm Beach Tan is truly the best! The salon is always immaculate — every room is spotless, the beds are perfectly maintained, and the whole place smells fresh every time I walk in. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. First off Olga, the assistant manager, is a true star. She’s one of the most hardworking and dedicated people I’ve ever met and to be doing all that she does! She’s always moving, always helping, and always making sure customers leave happy. Her knowledge of the products and services is unmatched — she’s amazing at finding exactly what works for you, and she’s so genuine when she recommends something. She truly is the best at PBT! Stephanie, the new manager, has stepped into her role with so much confidence and kindness. You’d never know she’s new — she’s organized, professional, and always has a smile on her face. She’s done an incredible job keeping the store running smoothly and making sure every customer has a great experience. She went above and beyond with assisting me with not so great situation. I was probably not the nicest, but she handled herself with such respect and professionalism that she turned my day around ! There is still good Customer Service out there thank God!!! And I have to give a heartfelt farewell to Ayat, the previous manager! She was an absolute gem — always professional, always kind, and she kept the store and team in perfect shape. She was a phenomenal trainer, and it’s clear she left a lasting positive impact on the whole salon. This Palm Beach Tan location is lucky to have such a strong team, and as a customer, I feel lucky to tan here! Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service and an amazing tanning experience.
