March 30th, 2025Very nice place. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable . I had to cancel membership because it was too far with traffic and they did it without charging me Extra or giving me a hard time. Wish it were Closer to my work' great job !

February 6th, 2025This PBT location is always clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful-- ESPECIALLY Olga! I use their red light therapy and sauna in addition to different tanning options. The staff show care for me and my experience, cluing me in to the need to call beforehand so they can get the sauna warmed up and ready to go by the time I arrive. They readily answer any questions I have and are prompt to address concerns in a meaningful and knowledgeable way. I rarely have to wait for any of the services, and, even if I do, it's only for a short time.
