April 16th, 2026I had such a great experience at Palm Beach Tan! All of the girls there are so sweet and welcoming every time I come in. I especially want to shout out Katie for being so kind and helpful. My phone wouldn’t connect to the Bluetooth, and she let me use hers even though she absolutely didn’t have to. That really meant a lot. She is always smiling, has the best attitude, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. She also really interacts with customers in such a genuine way and you can tell she actually cares about people, not just doing her job. Customer service like that is hard to find. Highly recommend this location!

April 15th, 2026I walked in not sure what i wanted and Katy explained everything. She was very knowledgeable and I appreciate all the recommendations. I'm excited for all the perks of the package we pick for me. Totally recommend this location all the girls are so sweet.

April 10th, 2026Great tanning and red light therepy. Very clean. They are petty though. They want you to pay for expensive bottles but barely give you a sample. Dont get me started on them being petty when you ask for baby wipes. We have the most expensive plan and it doesnt seem to matter.
