She was kind, patient, knowledgeable & truly invested in helping me. She didn’t just do her job, she cared. She went above & beyond to make sure I understood everything & left feeling confident & taken care of. That kind of service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. If every business had someone like her at the front line, the world would be a much better place. She’s the reason I’ll be coming back! If there’s any justice, she deserves a raise & all the recognition she can get. People like her make a lasting impression. I hope she knows just how appreciated she truly is.
