May 9th, 2025I wanted to share my experience at this location as I have not been here for months. It was good before I didn’t have any big complaints. But today there was an issue and all the girls were Nice, I want to shine a light on Ava today. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond and my daughter’s wedding is tomorrow so it was pretty important that things worked out in there. I’m in commercial real estate and I have five managers under me managing five different commercial malls for businesses and if I got a report that a customer or client was feeling the way I did today and she totally flipped it and literally came down to where I felt like I was talking to my friend or considering my age, my daughter, lol. I just can’t say enough good things about her and the way she handles business in there. She’s at work, she did her job, but it seemed like she was happy and enjoying herself at the same time as killing it as a sales rep as well as customer service rep. I think we all leave reviews and we’re hasty to do it when things are bad. Well, I’m easy to point out when somebody does such a spectacular job and it starts to feel personal. I will definitely be coming back to this location, she definitely deserves some recognition because I just feel she’s on another level. The whole experience was great and I learned a lot and that’s actually a big thing to say since I’ve been coming to Palm Beach for around 15 years when it first opened,. Not this location but anyway, I’ll stop with the Novel… Definitely recommend, five stars! *** Please excuse any bad grammar or misspelling as I am using talk to text.
