I had an amazing experience getting a spray tan at Palm Beach Tan thanks to Annie. I HAD to sign up for the membership after talking to her. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and really took the time to explain each step so I felt totally comfortable and knew what to expect. The color turned out beautifully – even, natural, and exactly the shade I was hoping for, with no weird streaks or orange tones. Annie also gave me super helpful tips for prep and aftercare so my tan would last as long as possible and fade evenly. You can tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. First of all, I’ve been tanning for over 30 years, and I have never experienced customer service like I do at the Apple Valley store. The manager, Kelly, and Shelby are truly exceptional. I’ve been going through a tough time lately, and every single time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with a genuine smile and sincere concern for how I’m doing—you can tell they truly care. They go out of their way to accommodate you in every possible way. The store is always spotless, well-organized, and they are completely on top of things. Whatever option you’re looking for, they have it ready to go. I honestly can’t express how much their kindness and encouraging words have meant to me lately. I previously went to the Roseville store, and the experience couldn’t be more different. There, it feels like you’re bothering them, and the manager appears disengaged and unprofessional. I highly recommend the Apple Valley location—especially if you want to feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared about. The service is top-notch. You truly feel like you’re walking into a spa.
