Staff is friendly. I know they have to pitch the packages they sell, I tried to push past it with them. I simply wanted to do a few minutes in a bed for an upcoming trip. That said, facility is great and beds are nice.

The staff are really awesome! I’m disappointed that the spray tans break at least once a week. I am also a transferred darque tan customer, I was with them since they opened and during the switch to balm beach I was told the red light would stay. It was taken away and not replaced. No one can tell me the status. I’m ready to start looking at other places that offer the staff red light bed.

I felt the sales associates and manager were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was sincerely impressed with there interest and patience as I tried to figure out sunless tanning. What didn't impress me was the cleanliness of the spray tan rooms. Ther woodwork in one room was very dirty and in another there was lotion on the walls. I wasn't feeling as comfortable when I left .Also, I feel if you change your mind and return an unused product you should get a full refund if it's within a week not a credit .

The gals at the desk are always nice and helpful!! They don't force products on you but they have a very good knowledge of what each product does and offer select products.

I'm paying $45 a month for unlimited. The stand-up level 3 is what I use and its the highest level I'm able with my package. Now you guys are offering unlimited for $17 and they're allowed to do the level 2 right below my bed. So basically I'm paying an extra $28 a month to use a bed that you only have one of, seems to be a favorite of the ppl on my plan and a lot of times is being used. Something doesn't seem right there.

There were three people waiting for the Versa spray tan. I was offered a different version which I tried before and didn't really care for it, but since I didn't want to wait 30 minutes, I decided to try it again. It's ok, but the Versa is definitely better. If the opportunity ever arises to get a second Versa spray tanner (which Darque Tan did have two!), please do it!!

Your level 3 beds are in very rough condition. As compared to Totally Tan, it is a different ballgame. Facility and location are nice. Staff are considerate and friendly. I seriously think it’s time to update your base tan units.

I sent an email the other week displaying how great the Woodbury, mn staff has been. The darque tan and pbt has been a night and day difference! I hated even the thought of having to tan at darque bc of the terrible customer service every day. The staff at pbt is always so courteous and friendly and really treat their customers well. We are paying for a service and I finally feel that with pbt. When I was with darque I rarely went and was ready to cancel my membership. That's changed since day one ruth pbt! Now if only there could be updated bulbs/beds this would truly be the best tanning place around! I can't think of the ladies names right now but the ones I named in my email have all been phenomenal. Plus the young lady that worked the friday night shift... she is ALWAYS so calm and friendly. I've walked in where there's been a decent line and the phone ringing and she always gets to everything and handles herself extremely well all while making us feel important.

I enjoy tannng at PBT. I like that you provide goggles for your guests. DT did not. Your lotion prices are a bit high though. I also like the rewards program.

I was planning for a trip to Vegas last minute and really wanted to get a nice mystic spray tan that would last through my trip. The sales girl (who LITERALLY always has the biggest smile on her face) convinced me to go with the more expensive option. I was hesitant but after she explained everything I just said what the heck. It turned out amazing of course, but I wanted to see how it would compare to the basic spray that comes with my membership. Since I had nothing going on to look amazing for this week, I gave it a shot. All I have to say is that I cannot thank the girl enough for convincing me to upgrade. She was right about everything and she was so educated about the process. Now that I’ve tried the two what I would consider lowest and highest grade spray tans, I cannot emphasize enough how thankful I am that she convinced me to upgrade. She was not pushy at all - just reassuring me about the quality of the product, etc. I wish I could remember her name but she’s the tall brunette with shoulder length hair and as I mentioned before, a smile that doesn’t shut off. She was so friendly and encouraging. I hadn’t got a spray tan in years so her positive attitude and confidence was exactly what I needed. Apple Valley, MN location. Because of her (and the products) I will be upgrading my spray tan every single time from now on. On an unrelated note: you guys got rid of the massage chair from this same location due to mechanical issues and this is hard for me to deal with. One of the main reasons I got the spa package was for the massage chair and this is my most convenient location. Hoping you can bring it back!

The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained my grandfathered status as I am a former Darque Tan member. The only disappointment was I went to tan again today and was told there is a 24 wait period. I wasn't informed of this when re-enlisting.

Staff always super nice. The only thing I don’t like is they don’t have single use tanning packets—sometimes I forget my lotion and don’t want to spend $80 on another bottle. Also, the floors in the room have been kind of gross lately. Either wet from the shoes of the person before me or like sandy/grody from dried snow-slush from people before me. I have to obvs walk on that barefoot and then put socks back on and it isn’t pleasant.

I was formally a Daquan tan customer for over a year an I have been pleased with the change, I had pAid the the all excess which included my sunless an now pay for sunless plus $25 every quarter to pay what I have been paying. So really I still pay your prices an now I have to also pay for all things I have paid for at $100 a month plus your $25 quarters. So I can only tan I’m sure if $100 plus $25 is worth just tanning.

Everytime I come in I get asked if I use or need more lotion. Every time I tell them no, I do not like the lotions and every time they try to sell them to me or give me fake facts about why I should use them. It’s nothing crazy but it gets annoying. They never take no for an answer.

After hearing a lot of negativity from darque tan employees I am pleasantly surprised. The staff have been wonderful to me every time I come in. I will continue tanning at the salon in Woodbury for a long time. It has been an enjoyable experience to date..The staff that I have met at the salon have all been very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in terms of tanning products. I have been tanning for many many years, I have several tanning products and I appreciate the Expertise,that they have.

There are two lotus beds at the woodbury, mn location that do not have fans and it gets so hot in there its unbearable. Its been that way for awhile and it is unacceptable.

The radios are old. Beds are old. I like the grand ave salon much better.I am still trying to figure out what happened to the $170 that I had on account with Darque Tan. I was told I would have about 6 free upgrades with that money. Today I asked and they said I had nothing. Very upsetting. Especially when I brought my son in to signup for tanning. I also did not get anything for referring him there.

The switch from Darque tan has been confusing. I wa with Darque tan since they opened. I have all access, and the red light bed has not been fixed since the change, the massage chair is broke, the spray tans seem to break every other time I’m there. Not very happy.

I went to Darque Tan and always felt like a bother and like I was being judged, so when PBT took over i didn’t expect a whole lot more but the employees are all fantastic and welcoming. And the complimentary goggles is something DT never had, which makes my tanning experience so much better, in case i ever forgot mine or was charged for the eye stickers. Super satisfied with the turnover and I feel like the money I spend is worth it now. Also am loving the reward program. Will definitely stick with PBT for a long time

I love that you have kept the Darque Tan spray tan! The down side is the price for the products you sell is unbelievably expensive :-(
