March 27th, 2026Spoke with Kristy on the phone and she was great! She walked me through everything and we had a plan in place for my upcoming wedding ceremony. She had left for the day and told me anyone who was working that day could help me. I walk in and immediately I’m met with very negative, low energy. Didn’t get so much as a smile or a hello when I walked in. Immediately I’m put off but still willing to sign up. Then they quoted me a price that was double what Kristy and I spoke about on the phone. When I said I was going to hold off because I felt the price for the membership was going to be too high for only two spray tans, she had an attitude. Didn’t say bye to me or welcome me back so no chance I’ll be coming back here for anything, ever. Kristy, keep doing your thing, girl! You might be the only one who works here that has good customer service.
