Would give 5 stars but a couple of beds have burned out light bulbs that have not been replaced. I let the staff know multiple times about the bulbs.

This salon has very dirty in rooms. I dropped something by the bed and was astonished by the dust mites and dirt all over the floor. I pay $80 a month for my package and the least I want is a clean tanning environment.

Megan W. was great! She showed me all the beds and levels and gave me the grand tour. The place was immaculate, and that was something I really wanted to see. You could tell that she was proud of the salon also.

I really appreciate the help I received as I went in for my 'first ever' spray tan. The girls were willing to give me their full attention and the manager was very knowledgeable about what colors, accelerators', and other products I should use to help extend my tan. However, I was disappointed as I looked at the "rewards for sunless tanning". The reason I switched to spray tans was to avoid UV exposure; so for me, it doesn't make sense to have rewards that include an upgrade to a tanning bed. I also looked at the other 'tanning bed' packages reward systems in which they are able to upgrade to a spray tan. To me this doesn't make sense. If I signed up for a membership for sunless tanning shouldn't the sunless tanning rewards go to those with that specific membership and those with tanning bed packages be able to upgrade to other beds? Especially for those who have paid for the $20-$30 membership as they essentially are paying for ONE spray tan per month. For half the price of that of an unlimited package (an average person would typically only need 4 spray tans [1 per week to last a typical month] other than special occasions); thus if I'm paying half the price shouldn't I be able to receive at least 2 spray tans per month? Or at least get the rewards of extra spray tans since that's why I came to Palm Beach in the first place? The rewards that are set in place to the sunless membership are essentially of no value to me (or anyone else who wishes to avoid UV exposure). Other than only being able to get 1 spray tan (even with a membership) and the issues with the rewards program; the quality of the tanning salon was great, the staff were super helpful, and the quality of the spray tan turned out amazing!

I would rate it a 5 if they didn't try to sell me something EVERY time I come in. No I don't want to buy any. Normally I come in on my lunch break, and that 5 mins your trying to sell me something is wasting my free time. Maybe only offer things once a month.

A great place to go. Great staff. Just takes to long to get a bed fixed when it breaks. Sun angel is the one I use, and when it's broken for 3 weeks I shouldn't have to pay my full month fee

My initial meeting and sign-up went well with Belinda and she was professional and very customer service oriented. When I returned for my next visit, I was asked to wait while the two people at the counter discussed signing up at length with two prospective people rather than just allowing me to get into a room and start tanning. Another person and myself waited over 15 minutes to be put into a room. I wondered if I made a mistake coming to Palm Tan at that point. Neither were Belinda but I don't know their names. Very poor customer service. One of them should have taken us and put us in and then continued with their initial orientation, which happened while I was there initially and I didn't mind. I thought you would want to know that this happened. I will be trying the other location going forward.

Just average. I am seriously considering canceling my membership and going to another salon. Some of the new employees that have started at the salon on 13th are rude. Will barely acknowledge your arrival. Have noticed the decline in friendliness in the past few months.

I just wish the beauty angel was a lay-down bed like all the others. I like my time in the "light" to be relaxing. Standing for 12 minutes is not. But, I do not want the UV light.

Customer service is great and staff is very friendly. The one downfall I do have about this company is that I feel like every time I go in to tan, I'm being pushed to buy products that I don't want. I don't need a new lotion every week.
