Maddie is possibly the nicest, most accommodating and knowledgeable person I’ve ever met at Palm Beach Tan. I’ve been a member for well over a decade and she is an absolute gem! In fact, the current staff there is awesome!

I came in this evening to start a new membership and was greeted by Hannah! She was really nice, genuine, and very informative. I wasn’t expecting to have such a good experience and be fully walked through each bed on now they work and each feature they have to the best of her ability (if one was in use). Not only that but she asked me what my goals are, and fully explained tanning lotions to me that were more directed to my goals. She also helped me narrow down each of them while helping other customers and greeting them as they walk in to tan. She made sure everyone was attended for, while not making me feel rushed to choose a lotion. I overall had a very good first impression of Palm beach tan and great experience tonight tanning again, because it’s been months for me. It feels good being back and excited to get my dark tan back! 😊
