November 27th, 2024I’ve been a member here for about two years, and I’ve always had such pleasant interactions with all of the Liberty Township employees. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to specifically recognize the two ladies working the front desk around noon on 11/27. They handled a very difficult situation with professionalism and grace. One customer was being extremely condescending, name-calling, and insulting their jobs, but despite the disrespect, Dominque remained calm and courteous. I hope that Palm Beach can take steps to protect their employees and consider banning this irate individual to ensure a respectful environment.
