When I came in to start my tanning membership the staff was AMAZING. But now I feel like once the initial show was over, some of the staff has been completely rude to me. I have even been showed to my tanning bed without eye protection or a towel ☹️ I was afraid to ask the staff. There is only one girl at the Polaris location that makes me cringe To come into tan. The rest of your staff is amazing. I’ve been working with the public for over 30 years so my best advice to you is: make certain that the staff you have hired stays true to their kindness with the entire visit, no matter how short or long that may be. Kindness goes along way. I will continue to tan at your location because of your supportive staff. Not the person who signed me up. Sorry. She needs to be replaced in my eyes. Rude!

I have had. Few pay,net issues where I have been told that it would be a certain amount then close to $20 more has been withdrawn from my account. this happened to me two months in. Row. Due to that happening I had no choice but to freeze my membership to make up for that difference. In addition to that, I have been a member for years and I feel that more discounts should be offered to loyal customers as myself. I usually only tan one time a week and the top beds allow me to do that paying over $70 per month is just not worth it to me. I will say that the new manager (I think she is the manager) is so friendly and makes it a joy to walk into the salon. She always puts. Smile on my face. I will send her name once I remember. Ha ha.

I have been a diamond member for a while and just recently found out that I can bring a friend every Thursday. I double checked to make sure that I can bring her unlimited amount of Thursdays. She went and purchased a lotion to use on Thursdays, and then tonight we were told that it’s only three times. I would definitely understand this had I not been told by three different people that she can come every Thursday for as long as I have the package. Regan has always been kind to me and helped me with any issues Ive had, but I was also told by her that it was endless as long as its on Thursday. I would not have encouraged my friend to buy a facial lotion and body lotion just for three visits. She is planning on buying a package in the summer but I will most likely be canceling so I imagine my friend will go elsewhere as well asmy cousins who have bought packages due to my referral.I hate to complain and want to reiterate that Regan is the main reason I have stayed with Palm Beach this long. 75% of the consultants are rude. I was even told that I am “abusing the membership” by bringing people on Thursdays. Everyone I have brought has bought either lotion or a membership. I have nine family members who are members from me bringing them within the past few years, mostly when I went to the Sancus location.

I love my spray tan, but I feel the customer service could be better. First I think a detailed receipt should be given to new customers, so you know everything your paying for. Second I was told that a free spray tan would be added to my account, and it wasn't. I feel that as a new customer you should also be told in advance that your monthly tan isn't anytime in that month, but is after a certain date. All in all I am happy, but this should all be explained to you

So just to let you know I HATE the new 24 hour policy! As a nurse I don't always get the same schedule and to tan one day at 240pm and to not be able to tan the next day at 1130am is such a huge inconvenience! Not sure why you changed the policy but it is horrible for my work schedule! I've been a client for YEARS.....and may have to look elsewhere ??

The store that I go to never has enough staff on hand during busy times. On Friday it took me an hour to do a 10 minute tan due to waiting time. One person on staff to check people in, do spray tans and clean beds when there were 7 people standing there and waiting. And this is not the first time in the past several weeks. I assume it was the manager there on Friday and he kept apologizing at one point said his staffing budget was very tight. So loosen it up or you may loose clients.

I have gone to the Polaris location and Delaware location everyone has been very helpful and super informative. They explained the difference between the beds and tanning lotions which was all very new to me. I never feel pressured to buy lotions I don't really want or upgrade when I don't need to… And they always let me know what new lotions are in or when there is an upgrade sale for the week on tanning beds. It is just been a very nice experience

General Manager is very nice and educated about the tanning world. He gave me a tour and went through pricing as well as the terms and rules of their salon. The high pricing does bother me just a little bit but they have absolutely amazing beds to make up for that. Would definitely recommend Palm Beach!

I love the location and the people are very nice. Just not enough employees. Went in 1 time, no electricity. Went in the next time (weekend) only 1 employee. And what makes it worse is they are always trying to sell people before you when there is a line to tan! One time there were 6-7 people in line and she just kept her sales pitch going. Unreal. That has got to stop!!! BAD customer service.

2 wonderful hard working girls working the day we arrived. However we bought 2 separate monthly packages (mine was diamond) & were very disappointed & frustrated that both your internet & radio advertising is misleading while stating that "you receive your 1st month free" and then to be told "oh no what that really means is your $20 start up fee is free" NOT COOL Palm Beach Tan! Bait & switch will never get you anywhere but a decline in loyal customers!

I was in recently and ended up upgrading my package and buying some new lotion because Alecia Fusco was extremely knowledgeable about the product. She gave great advice as to what beds I should try and for what lotion would work best for the results I was looking for. She gave great customer service, not only to me, but was kind to the other customer who was waiting in line behind me. Overall- great experience and a great associate!

Palm Beach is great! Love the service and I see color in my skin that isn't too noticeable! I feel a natural glow! However, the tanning lotion is so much money, I mean the mark up is incredible! How are we supposed to pay for $60 a month AND an 80 dollar of lotion that lasts about a month? That is absurd. The staff is telling us this lotion will last 6 months put they said to put lotion on before and after you tan? That will last me a few weeks?! And whenever I try to find lotion or another wholesale tan store, the employees freak out and make me feel bad for looking else where. I am not made of money, sorry Kimmy. Thank you for reading this!

The location on Bethel Rd is fantastic. I want to take a moment to recognize a staff member who is consistently wonderful. Kenzie (spelling?) is always, always such a kind and welcoming presence even when super busy and is very efficient. While she offers me products and keeps tabs on my supply, I don't feel like she's 'bullying' me into purchasing (which is my biggest pet peeve about this place). I understand it is a business, but this (tanning) is a luxury/optional purchase for most of us and the products are so expensive. I also appreciate her respectful approach of getting me in and out quickly. She's an absolute gem!

Since LA Tan has been incorporated it seems none of my favorite PBT employees have been around and in fact some have stepped away from their positions. That really is unfortunate. I have also noticed a change in the current employees, those that transitioned over and it hasn't truly been a positive one. I actually walked out of the store once because no one came to the front after more then 5 minutes and another time I waited 8 minutes while 2 girls helped one person debate on lotions...and once they 'noticed' it was a bit inappropriate that I was still waiting one of the girls decided it was time to help me. The girl who was simply assisting in the sale but surely could've spent the 50 seconds it takes to check me in and then gone back to assist. It just seems different and I don't really like it and I wanted to share. I tan at the Polaris PBT in Columbus Ohio.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can get in and out. There is always a room so I don't have to wait. The music they play is perfect.My one concern is the safety of the employees and the clients. Last week while I was in the bed someone came in yelling loudly and then a door slammed. I didn't know what to do. The woman on duty might have needed help. With things the way they are now one never knows if they are safe anywhere. Is there more than one person working at a time? Should the door be unlocked during business hours? How are you protecting your clients and staff?

It took over 6 months for my membership to switch to a different location due to me moving. After 6 months or so, I reached out to corporate and didn't hear back. After two months, I reached out again and promptly got responded to via text and phonecall. The staff was very helpful and professional to me and gave me an accommodation forthe inconvenience. This is why I have been a member for over 2 years.

I like how you offer discounted rates on bumping up a level or two for 90 days or more. I tan quite often an I upgraded two levels from level 2 an I like it, but I'm not paying the price per month for that package. I'd like to see those options more. My upgraded package ends August 8th

I was tanning at LA Tan when palm took their customers over, and I have to say palm is the best salon I have ever tanned at. The people are friendly, especially Vinny, who helped me out when I transferred and when I upgraded my membership at the Polaris location.

Point blank. You need more staff working at peak times. The wait time to check in annoying. Even with 3 people working the other night, I still had to wait about 5 minutes to check in while the staff tried to sell everyone on the sale lotions, packages, etc, cleaned beds and then showed new people how to use the beds. I waited for the Versa. There was one person in front of me. I watched the person go in to tan, come out of the bed and then it took almost 20 minutes for the bed to be cleaned and take my turn to be tan. I even had to ask for the bed to be cleaned. The staff is always pleasant. The staff is doing their job. There is simply not enough people there. Waiting in line to check in every time I tan, happens every time. I understand that you are very busy but I never had to wait like this at Dolphin Beach and they only ever had one person on staff. Thank you for listening to my concern.

After such a wonderful greeting from Brittany and Emily yesterday when my daughter and I signed up, today's reception was a little disappointing. Whoever was at Reception was totally distracted and answered the phone past way through our conversation. This is only my second time ever using a tanning bed and I had been led to expect that I would be asked how many minutes I wanted to tan for. Yesterday I did 4 minutes and was told it would be increased by 1 minute unless I wanted otherwise. Instead I was shocked when the bed was still on full at nearly six minutes - way more than I would have wanted for a second session. I pressed the stop button several times but it kept going so I had to get off as it was still running. I had to press and hold the stop button for several seconds before it switches whilst I was being blinded by the lights. I know it was also slightly busier when I left (I was the only at the reception desk when I arrived) but no one responded to my 'thank you' or anything. A disappointing difference to the wonderful welcome from Brittany yesterday who was not even at her usual salon.

I like all of the associates at the Polaris location, but Sean failed to ask me which bed I would like to tan in on Monday and chose the iBed for me, when I always prefer the iDream. I felt rushed so I just went to my room he assigned me in. He also seemed unsure of a definite answer when I asked how much it would cost monthly if I upgraded my package to the next level, so I'm not really 100% sure how much I'm being charged monthly.

I have only just reactivated my Dolphin beach membership a few days ago so I've only been in to Palm Beach 2x's but my experiences so far were wonderful. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and the beds clean and comfortable. I was treated extremely well and enjoyed tanning there very much. I hope it stays this way! Best indoor tanning experience ever!

Before I started Palm Beach Tan I went a tanning spot closer to my house, they were not friendly at all, they always seemed like they either didn't want to be there or like I was annoying them. The lady's at Palm Beach Tan are ALWAYS FRIENDLY!! One even offered to help me with my Spanish homework. How nice is that !!! :) The beds and the facility are always clean. If I had one complaint it would be that the door to room 5 gets stuck and is hard to open and close.
