February 2nd, 2026I came into the salon today around 11:00.. The girl working she was very sweet and knowledgeable about tanning and product! One complaint I do have is about the Girls specifically being alone. This girl was cleaning beds, getting another set up doing a membership, on the computer checking people into beds. She did great but I could tell she was visibly stressed but held it together! PBT has always been short staffed as long as I remember, However I do feel like there should be one or two other people there to help during Daytime hours as well as Nightime hours! These Girls are clearly very young and the World is too dangerous for a Younger Girl to be running a store by themselves!!
