My first time here today and I will certainly be back! April was such a lovely employee, thoroughly explaining each option I had and recommending what would work best for me based on my skin tone, which is very pale because I have not been tanning in a very long time! She was very kind and patient going over everything to me. The first visit is free, so I only had to pay $11 for my packet of lotion (also recommended by April!) After I was signed in, she took me back and explained the bed controls to me, and left me to it! It was so nice to get back in a bed, and I feel like my color will look great after just a couple visits! I wanted to ask more about the memeberships on my way out, so I got in line and waited for April to finish with the current customer, who was giving her quite a hard time. April remained calm and professional through this whole ordeal, not allowing for this woman to escalate the situation, who even tanned after she got done with her tantrum! I was thoroughly impressed with April's ability to stay kind and professional in her responses, even after this individual raised her voice, was extremely rude, and even mocked her for just doing her job! April's unwavering understanding and positive attitude has earned this company a loyal customer. Also, it's only been 2 hours since I was there and my color is already developing so nicely! I can't wait to see where I'm at after a few more visits!
