Almost every time I go in, at any of your Memphis area locations, I have to have a 5 minute discussion with someone about why I can't use your lotions. I have allergies that make it difficult for me to use products that aren't fragrance free. It would be one thing if I was asked once about lotions and then left alone, but it turns into almost an argument with some of your employees. It's a big turn off. Finally, I tried a lotion that wasn't supposed to have much of a scent, in an effort to stop the badgering, but that didn't make a difference.

I love the salon where I tan. Most of the girls know my name and I’ve only been tanning around a month. Shelby is amazing, always answering my questions and helping me out.

Every staff member I have encountered is so helpful and friendly!! For example, Shea helped me find a lotion that did not contain any nut products as I am highly allergic, Thank you Shelby, Shea, Sam, and the other ladies!!!!!

The bed I usually use was "in use" so I was offered the stand up bed. That is a definite downgrade from what I normally use. There were 6 lamps out and 2 that were flickering about to go out. I mentioned it to the attendant on my way out, but they didn't seem too concerned. Felt like I didn't get my worth out if it.

My experience has been great other than the 24 hour rule; sometimes I get there at 5pm sometimes 6pm so it stinks when I’m within 1 hr but can’t tan…1 hour shouldn’t be that big of a deal & bring back fans in the rooms!

I’m always around town and that gives me the luxury to visit multiple stores, just want to say that all the locations I’ve been to the young ladies are alway so polite and helpful in explaining all of the new products that you guys get in on a regular basis. Could the rooms be darker , I use to go to Tan N Go and their rooms were darker I know it is your policy about 24 hour wait time ... but if I come late one night and the next day I have to wait to come late again or skip a day ... can it be waved ? Love the convenience of the shops in different areas , I was able to transfer my membership from different states

My experience so far has been pretty great, it would be better if there was more perks and deals with being a member though. I noticed that if you're a silver member you get better perks however not everyone can afford to be a silver and it seems like the bronze level tans don't get as much. Now I recognize that that's a marketing strategy to better convince members to upgrade and pay more for the better levels but I think if you gave a little more to the Bronze level more members would be happy. Only thing that bothers me is that the face tankers are nice and hot, but I tend to use a towel and not tab my face (cause I’m getting old). The bulbs for the body aren’t very hot at all. I’ve tanned mostly in the platinum bed, but tried the diamond bed and was underwhelmed. I tan the full time and don’t even sweat a little. Maybe I happened to start tanning here torqarcs the end of the beds bulb life. I’m going to give it another month or two, but not sure the membership is worth it. Everything else is great, service, staff, cleanliness of salon...

I haven't been to a tanning salon in about 8 years. I love to tan, but hated the costs, so when I joined a gym years ago that also had tanning beds, I dropped my salon membership. The beds at the gym were never as good as the salon, but it seemed worth it cost wise to go an extra day or two a week to maintain my glow. Three kids, a full time job and a busy schedule 8 years later, I stepped back into a salon. Still feeling a little unsure about the expense, I signed up for a membership. My first tanning experience with your salon eliminated any guilt I felt about the costs. The bed had a mister, soothing music and a pleasant smell. It was the most relaxing 12 minutes of my day.

I purchased a 90 day upgrade and on Wednesday , August 23, 2017 I was told that was my last day for the upgrade. August 13 was my 6th month of membership and I should get a 30 day upgrade. I was told that it would end on 9-11-2017. What I'm upset about is the fact that if my 6 month free upgrade started on the 13th why wouldn't the 90 day upgrade I paid for stop and then give me those few days back after the free upgrade ended. Also I used to get emails telling me about my rewards, but not this month.

I was a member of Tan n Go for many years before pbt bought them out. I've always enjoyed going to the tanning salon. The staff is always welcoming and proficient, and continue to make it a good experience for me. I wish the mothly spray tanning fee was a little less. :)

Great. Kaitlyn Miller was a very friendly face. I was greeted right when I walked In She was very helpful with information about the beds and her smile never left her beautiful face. There was a bulb out in the level four bed (Rm 2) and that bed had a cracked screen, so I couldn't read the controls. (That bed doesn't seem to be as nice as the others or kept in good condition) but other than the state of that bed my visit there was awesome.

I would like PBT a lot more if the prices weren't so steep. I was really mad on my first visit after PBT bought TNG. The prices skyrocketed and the equipment is the same. I also hate having overpriced lotions pushed on me every single visit even though I already have a bottle with me!

I had a great experience when I went in to unfreeze my package. I'll admit that I was nervous that things might have changed for the worse. However, I couldn't have been more wrong. My package price was maintained. Jessy was great! She spent a ton of time explaining all of my package benefits and about the differences in the lotions. She's awesome! If we all had employees like her; life would be so much easier!
