December 24th, 2025I am a long time customer at Palm Beach Tan located on Independence Pkwy near Legacy Drive in Plano. Ashley P was the manager at that location until recently. She is now the manager at Palm Beach Tan located at Watters Creek Village in Allen. I still go to the Independence location most times. I also go to the Watters Creek Village location when I am in the area. Ashley P is an excellent store manager who provides exceptional and personal customer service. Palm Beach Tan is lucky to have her. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Helpful whenever I purchase upgrades or lotions. Knows the tan beds that I like to use. Greets me with a smile when I enter the store. Never underestimate the *power of a smile or kindness* given to a customer or stranger. Ashley P - I appreciate you and look forward to my next visit.
