November 11th, 2025Came in here a few weeks ago it is not my usual store I tan at but oh my I’m about to make the drive! The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and very helpful with all my questions I had. I was also given a store tour and shown the wellness room shout out to Hannah for teaching me all the things about the sauna and red light ! Will definitely be coming back Here

I live closer to the Prosper location but one time I was closer here instead and received a far better level of customer service. She welcomes me with a positive attitude and makes sure everything is ready quickly for me. Definitely my favorite location because of Victoria!! Thanks girl

October 22nd, 2025Ive been tanning at all different tanning salons for years and years. Palm beach is by far the BEST in its class! Their attention to detail is far superior than others. Their cleaning and friendly staff are leaps and bounds above the rest. I frequent 3 nearby stores because of how much I enjoy seeing the very polite staff at each one. Every time I go they go beyond to remember my name and ask how I am. Their friendliness has become a staple in my morning routine. This is how other tanning salons should strive to run their business. This is what excellence is all about.! Big shout out to Victoria/Dakota and all the staff who make my day that much better day after day!
