September 18th, 2026There are several tanning salons to choose from where I live, including several PBT locations. Most have functionally equivalent tanning equipment. So how does a discriminating customer choose where to tan? For me, it’s the staff. Even before I reach the door, Kati, Payton and Maddie are setting the timer for my regular booth. We usually spend a few minutes before and after my tanning session talking about what’s going on in each of our lives-they ask about my daughter by name, ask what my plans are for the upcoming week and how did my plans for last week go. The three of them have created the tanning salon equivalent of the TV series “Cheers” where everyone knows my name. A personal, extended family atmosphere. As is usually the case, one’s experience is determined by the persons they meet. These three women are the reason I go PBT at Alliance. As the faces of PBT, they make a great first impression that is consistently sustained.
