Palm Beach Tan Tomball Tomball tanning salon

Came in to use one of my 4 prepaid tans I purchased once when I came in for a quick tan, was given a great sales pitch on how I could save money instead of paying per individual tan. I wasn’t sure due to it not being my home salon but just close by work, regardless I went ahead and did the purchase. Today I was told it expired, who ever got the sales did not explain this portion of the purchase. I would of been fine buying as needed, now contacting their corporate office to see if they can honor the services purchased.

Hands down this is the absolute best salon out of all of them In the surrounding areas because Hannah the new manager who should have been a manager a very long time ago because she absolutely deserves it! I call her a firecracker because she is always upbeat, driven, a self motivator, who gives 110% and has a passion for what she does and that's why I give credit when credit is due because I always mentor young girls and tell them the same that if you don't have a passion for what you do and love the products it will not work and it will show on the outside. She goes above and beyond to make the customers feel welcomed and not only that she will talk you into buying any of the products which she is also very knowledgeable and knows how to put on her charm and sell you just about the whole store 😂 but no seriously I know from my own experience from being in management what it takes and I would definitely try the tanning beds bc I have been coming here for 5 years or more and I basically go to all of them and I only come to this one just to see her and I live 45 minutes away so I highly recommend this salon!!
